I went in the other day I was standing in line and all I could hear was someone yelling so I looked over and seen that it was the shift leader Nancy who was being very unprofessional towards another coworker in front of customers it was very rude I’m here all the time and now after hearing how rude and unprofessional she is I will not be coming to this dunkin anymore she shouldn’t be a shift leader or work there if that’s how she treats people

I hate this place they never do my order right and they yell at me saying it’s my fault and I’m just correcting them in a nice way and they said u didn’t specify what number you wanted and it makes no sense every number in the order board comes as a meal unless you just want the sandwich and nothing on the side… people there are so rude never again
Ps I wish I didn’t have to put a star because they don’t even deserve the crap that comes out of my butt

The Dunkin Donuts in Rumford is always chaotic but they always manage to maintain their service and quality coffee/donuts. A solid Dunkin Donuts location.

This Dunkin Donuts location strives to do better.
I can count on them for French Crullers, good coffee, cleanliness, and a better selection of munchkins. The workers are nothing like the rude little drones at the other DDs.

5 stars compared to other Dunkin Donuts. This obviously is not a 5-star dining experience. Also, the donuts are still machine made instead of by bakers like they used to. But that’s a decision by the corporate penny pinching assheads.
