McDonald’s

My order was correct which almost never happens at McDonalds and it was quick. That is about all I can ask for from McDonalds HA HA

This is the best run McDonald’s I’ve EVER encountered! Seriously! On my 2÷12÷16 and 2÷13÷16 visits I observed a very efficient and customer friendly operation that included two employees standing in the drive-​thru taking orders and numbers provided to customers with orders taking a little extra time to prepare to allow the customer to sit down and have their order delivered to their table. I have NEVER seen this in NY!
The restaurant and parking lot is spotless.
I also observed lots of friendly staff working hard.
In short, this is a well-​run McDonald’s.

I experience the poorest customer service at this restaurant than any other restaurant than I have ever been in. The customer is always right well not at this McDonald’s the customers so so I will I will never eat there again.

If I could give zero star I would. Goggle the naked chef McDonald’s chicken nuggets on YouTube. also this is about every McDonald.

Was very upset with my visit today! So much so, that i called the corporate office when I got home. My frappé had tons of ice chunks in it. I could barely get anything through my straw. She said they are always like that, due to the machine. I have never had one like that from this location. I asked for fresh, hot fries. Well, they were hot. But really burnt, and so crunchy, that i could not eat them. I had not started eating them, until I was on the interstate, so I wasn’t able to go right back to get better ones. I get fries and a frappé daily from various McDonald’s in the area. This was a big disappointment today, especially since I had not eaten all day. Still waiting for corporate to call back.

Deanna was very friendly. She took my order and was very patient with me. They made my food right away with and was fresh. I will definitely come back here and eat here again. It’s also a convenient location to get to. This is a great place to eat.

There are only a few times when you get so frustrated with slow service when it is busy. It’s usually justifiable — heavy drive thru, Friday night after a big game nearby, etc. Today was no justification.
My first visit here and the drive-​thru was wrapped around the building. I walked inside thinking it would be quicker only to find a VERY messy beverage area with straw wrappers, an overfilled trash can, and ice everywhere. Behind the counter looked dirty as well. Cups filled with melted ice cream in it to catch the drip from the ice cream machine, messy looking workers (one on her pink cell phone), 2 managers in black shirts showing no initiative or urgency which seemed to have trickled down to the rest of the staff. One worker was off the clock hanging out.
After all was said and done, 2 people who came after me with larger orders both got their food before me. I got mine 13 minutes after I received my receipt.
At least the burger and fries was good, but I won’t come back to this joint.

This McDonald’s is hit or miss on whether they get everything in your order right, in the drive-​thru. The drive-​thru is also EXTREMELY frustrating because there is no physical barrier to stop people coming in from the side road and who drive right into the drive-​thru over the yellow line, and cut off everyone else who has been waiting to pull forward. This restaurant put up a sign which tells people to circle the building to access the drive-​thru, but no one regards it or bothers to read it so it might as well not be there! Tonight a cop and another car pulled over the yellow line and in front of me even though I was waiting five minutes already and it was MY turn to pull forward. I even got a middle finger because the second car and mine almost collided because he wanted to go ahead of me. I can’t tell you how much I did not appreciate a middle finger with my four kids in the car. The cop in front of him had his window open and when I opened my door to tell them to read the sign, neither of them cared (glad to see the police officer doing his job, but he wasn’t following the rules either!).
I pulled out and left the drive-​thru and went to a different business. I don’t want to give me money to a restaurant who clearly doesn’t care its patrons are frustrated and tired of wasting their time so other people can just go in front on them. The managers are no help. They only put cones out at lunch time, but take them away after the rush. It happens ALL DAY people!

This location is excellent! Especially compared to the Mc Donald’s on 41. Always prompt & courteous.

A 24-​hour drive-​through McDonalds off exit 240 on I-​75. Go west to get to Ruskin, east to get to Sun City Center.
I swung in here because it’s open later than the Ruskin McD’s and I needed a few burgers. They’re much less crowded than the other location, and the people I interacted with were all as pleasant as a person working at a McDonald’s at 11:55 pm could be. So good job, I guess.
Everything came out correct, and because it’s so much less crowded (seriously, the Ruskin one with the double drive-​thru takes forever and is always packed) I may come to this one from now on, when and if I ever need to feel ashamed of myself.
