Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Refused to renew a simple eyeglasses prescription that expired two days previous and then proceeded to try to tell me it could be dangerous to call in the prescription. When I pointed out my old glasses were even more out of date and that physicians routinely call in prescriptions, the lady said, «Well if you don’t know the difference between glasses and medicine you put in your mouth then I think I should just hang up now.» Wow. This incident has cost me money and convenience. Aside from this they misdiagnosed an eye condition on a previous visit.
Oh by the way. I’ve noticed on other sites employees leaving 5 star reviews so beware.
