Office Depot

I went to office Depot today and it was a bad experience. The employees are completely uneducated about the store they work in. I asked an employee if I could get transparencies in singles rather than in a $ 50 package and he simply replied «I don’t know, you can ask someone else» and walked off. I decided not to search for transparencies and went to find printer ink. No one was available to help me choose what ink I needed so I used my phone to Google for about 5 minutes and grabbed the ink. The check out line was long as always. I waited my turn and then handed the cashier my ink. I asked him what the return policy is on printer ink and he said «um I guess you could like just bring it back or something». Completely unprofessional. The employees don’t even know the return policy? I will be shopping for all of my future office supplies on amazon.

From the second you walk inside the doors, the workers are waiting to help you and asked us immediately if we needed any help. Right away they guided us in the direction we were looking and then left us alone to browse.
Only problem with Office Depot is they seem to be so much more expensive than Walmart for some items. I ended up comparing prices and got one item at Walmart and one item at Office Depot again the next day when I went back. So I guess it depends, but overall they have a huge selection of office supplies.
