Avoid and juts go to a locally owned establishment. The waitress was nice but was distracted.

Good food, service, & value. Strong adult beverages. My new go-​to hang out when in Ruston for business.

This Applebee’s (along with the rest) are terrible. I don’t get why people go here. Service is awful. Wait staff will literally go 10 – 15 minutes between table visits. Food is always bland. Only reason it gets 2 stars is because of the ½ price appetizers. Only fast thing here is getting seated.

Didnt trust any food coming from this location. I’m generally a fan of Applebee’s. Ill never go back here. Zero concern for customer service, I really dont think anyone is concerned about working in this restaurant.
1 exception was the Bar Tender working night of 4÷12÷14. She was the only one I saw barely concerned with food service.
No joke! They could close this place down and retrain everyone.
