Food good but the server was sloppy and seemed to lazy to walk around the table to set our orders on the table. She just said here and handed us our plates. Don’t know if it was a lazy waitress or bad training on the part of management

The wait time was unacceptable, and when the steaks arrived they were burned on the outside, but cold. The restaurant was half empty and still everybody was having to wait for their order. Manager refunded the steak I didn’t eat, bud offered no excuse or apology.

The rolls were fluffy and delicious, but that was the highlight of the meal. The potato skins arrived immediately before our meal, so there wasn’t time for even one bite of our appetizer before our main food arrived. Worse, the skins were just shy of charred — way overcooked. Chicken tenders and rice were overcooked and gross.
Our waitress was incredibly low energy and soft spoken — it was hard to even hear her. When the manager came out regarding our potato skins, he did agree to take that charge of our bill, but like the waitress, had no personality. He wasn’t particularly friendly or professional.
We will not bother coming back to this restaurant.

Halloween 2015
My husband and I went in and the way we were treated and the way the food came out, the way everything was made, I have never had a better experience at Logans before.
Before, we had a hockey puck for a steak, we were sat at tables that had no silverware but then we had food brought to us and finally had to ask for it.
This night, I have to say was enough to wipe those two off the map! The manager, Sean came out and had great convo with us. The food was AWESOME! it came out fast and hot! I didn’t even eat but one roll the whole time I was there, which is crazy considering that’s half the reason I go there! [The rolls and the hand shaken teas ]
I have to let you guys know, just ask for Sean! You’ll be glad you did!

Love the way they season a steak! The salads are good and the strawberry lemonade is worth coming back for again and again! Did I mention how well the steaks are seasoned? The bread is absolutely heavenly! I’ve only been in Ruston a tad over a week and we’ve been to Logan’s four times already. I’m glad to know at least one restaurant I totally like is not too far from my new home. If you want a tasty meal and friendly service check out Logan’s. Be sure to ask for Todd or Sam. They are tops in my book!

I knew better but thought what the hay… Order salad. Grilled chicken was good but the lettuce tasted like it had never been washed. Yech. Also ordered a side of broccoli… 2 long stalks, more stem than head swimming in butter. Tasty but not healthy. Sweet potato– meh. No brown sugar… What the hell!!! Never hitting this chain again.

General run of the mill place like this should get 3 stars if service is good. The sirloin and chicken plate was fine. The veggie skewers were slightly disappointing even considering this is an average chain. The salads were old and limp… cucumbers were limp. Won’t try again. I understand and am fine with yesterdays salads… just don’t bring something nasty to the table.

I went to Logan’s for the first time with my parents. I had the santa fe tilapia with a veggie skewer; zucchini, tomato, red onion, mushrooms and baked sweet potato. It as good, I really liked the seasoning on the veggies, wish I could have had a a regular side instead of just one skewer. Mom had the Sirloin cooked Medium, side salad and a veggie skewer. She said the meat was cooked medium like she wanted but for some reason it was still kinda tough and chewy. Dad had the Sampler, side salad and sweet potato fries. He enjoyed everything but the salad had way too much dressing, would older it on the side like Mom did next time. The prices were a bit high for what you get, but I guess I would go here from time to time.

They got the order right after a long wait, but the temperature and taste of the food made me regret that quickly.
The server had poor communication skills. The mac’n’cheese was served cold. The meat was as fatty as it was expensive.
How a chain can go so wrong is something management at the franchise should look into. This place rides on its chain reputation, but I doubt many customers return again once eating here.

Don’t waste your time here. If you want steak go to log cabin. The service, and food are horrible. This is not like other logan’s. I had their signature steak and loaded baked potato. Steak was avg, but the potato tasted reheated from the day before in a microwave. When I complained to the manager, she called me a liar. Well, guess what, I won’t visit your lousy restaurant ever again. I will also let everyone know about your poor food quality and horrible service. So if your looking for a place to eat, keep looking because you don’t want to come here. I

Awesome food. Awesome service. A little pricy. Our server failed to mention that substitutions and add-ons were extra. (I’m aware they usually are, but a side salad for $ 4.00 is a little insane.)
Other than that no complaints.

Going to Logan’s comes with some good and some bad.
The staff are friendly. The happy hour prices are extremely affordable ($ 2 wine and apps). There isn’t ever a really long wait. They have enough room for large tables.
But on the other hand, the food is always just okay, never nothing amazing. And for the prices of meals, I often leave wondeirng why everything was so much (at $ 10-$ 15 a meal). There hasn’t been anything I’ve had that I’d order again in my 3 visits here, whch isn’t saying much.
The peach iced tea is worth it.
