We actually received a phone call from the owner and he was absolutely mortified by our experience. He was a pleasure to talk to and assured us if we ever came back our stay would be different. He also explained to us how he had a staff meeting to work out the issues. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay, solely based off of the hospitality of the owner!
