We went in and told the salesman we were interested in 2 cars and were trying to figure out which one we liked best. We were considering buying a car from here, before the next step happened. We were interested in the Fusion & Escape and mentioned we wanted to test drive both. We test drove the escape, and the salesman got so pushy. He didn’t let us test drive the fusion he basically tried to sell us on the first car that we drove and tried pushing it on us. We didn’t like the car and he wouldn’t take no for an answer. If you want to make a sale, listen to what we are looking for. Before you tally up a price make sure we try every car we are looking for because you may have gotten a sale with the Fusion. We also had a get $ 50 for test driving car from there. We were 100% interested in the car before we found out about the $ 50 but after the salesman got so angry with us for not buying the car, they wrote down a fake code that we have to enter online, thinking they screwed us over. Well, I found the code another way so they didn’t scam me that day after all no matter how hard they tried. Nowhere on the coupon did it say that we had to buy a car to receive $ 50; although, you did lose a customer because we really wanted a Fusion in the end. Just because the escape is worth a bigger sale, doesn’t mean you should push it on a customer who has 2 interests. I’ve come to this Ford before & didn’t recommend it, still don’t.

I was just asked by the owner son, for liability reasons please wait outside with my service dog because there’s children. He was laying on the floor not bothering anyone. You’ll be hearing from me again quality.

Wow! Each time I come here I am blown away by their customer service in regards to their Service Department. I live in Upper Manhattan and all the Ford dealerships near me have failed me time after time. Every time I come to this location they get things done right THE FIRST TIME! Their employees are professional, honest, and always keep you up to date with what is going on with your car. I do not mind driving farther and paying tolls just for awesome customer service. Today I came in for new break pads and an oil change. On my way here my transmission started overheating and my check engine light came on. They actually fixed the issue that other Ford Dealerships told me would take weeks and even months to get the part to fix my ongoing transmission service recall issue. Today I left a very happy & satisfied customer.
Their waiting area is clean and is stocked with plenty of coffee, vending machines, and free FAST wifi while you wait.
Thank you Quality Auto Mall for the awesome customer service. You all are totally worth the $ 15 toll I have to pay to get back in to New York City. You got a customer for life here! And thank you Kyle (service tech) for all of your help during my recent visit.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience here. Ask for Paul… He’s wonderful! Had us in and out in 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

i’ve written a review for this place before and i’m going to do it again. these place is horrible and is filled with incompetent people. i’ve had to bring the car i bought from them less than year ago back five times to get fixed and they haven’t identified the correct issue once. the manager of the entire facility (jordan) hung up on me when i got charged $ 500 for a rental car i wasn’t supposed to be paying for while my car was getting «fixed» for the fifth time. and he called me a liar. avoid this hell hole at all costs. they’re scammers and conartists.

I contacted Mr. John after he responded to my review. He said that i could have contacted him before i wrote this review, but i never knew he existed as no one transferred me to him when i called multiple times. He said that he cannot work with me since i wrote a negative review.

This place is full of crooks! Especially Dan in preowned. Sells cars that have damage prior accidents and says they were only in minor bumper scratching incidents such as backed up into a pole at the mall or a garage. Then when you take it off their lot and onto the highway, panel moldings start falling off causing other cars behind you to sue you for damage to their cars. Then when you complain to the general manager, you discover that he is an even bigger crook! If you must buy a Ford vehicle, do yourself a favor and stay clear of this hell hole!!!

After not driving for 10 years I needed a car so my husband and I went to see what Ford has to offer when researching a low monthly lease car option. Ross helped us out and answered questions, showing us what my monthly lease budget would get me. The inventory was limited which was the main factor here but it also didn’t help that even though we made it clear I was the one who needed the car and would me paying the lease, the Salesman continuously spoke directly to my husband even though I was the one asking questions. Would have gone elsewhere if decided to go with Ford.

Avoid going to this dealership at all cost. This place is the worst business I’ve ever seen. They are greedy people that try to talk them selves out of any situation and cover up the discussing truth that is quality ford. Their people skills are horendous, they speak to people like they have no manners at all. This man (Mike Brando) gave me a fake price on a car, then when I try to accept it, the price changes substantially right before my ears. Then his horrible people skills trys to hang up on me telling me all sorts of lies like I was garbage. At this dealership I was mislead and was treated like trash. All I was trying to do was buy a good car at the price they promised me. I’ve never been treated so horribly at a business. They promised that all they want to do is «help you buy a car» and «that care about the customers». If this dealership tells you that, walk right back out the door cause they are lying, viscous people. All they care about is their money and they will try to take every penny of it. I’ve never seen such a poor dealership in my life.

Service department is horrible. The managers running it are extremely helpful and accommodating but the work being done is not reliable. I had a simple oil change done and my car was smoking when I got home because they left the cap off after the oil change. They also on a different occasion left the cap off after changing my brake fluid. Both situations could have been dangerous. Definitely not going back there for service again.

I bought my Toyota here last week. Awesome service, punctual, respectful and perfect on all fronts. What buying a used car experience should be about.

The only reason I gave 1 star was because I had to give something. About a week ago my husband went into the service department to have a new mirror ordered for our truck. The following day they called informing us the part was in. I drove over early in the morning to have the new mirror installed. When I arrived I found myself standing around waiting to be helped. One gentleman told me someone would be withheld me shortly and walked out. A few minutes later he walked back in and shuffled papers and said to go wait a few desks down and that man would help me and walked out again. Several minutes later the other man finally helped me and kindly directed me to the waiting area after telling me it would take about an hour to have the mirror installed. I took a seat in the waiting area and saw them bring the truck in. About an hour later the guy came back in and told me they did not have the mirror. Remember I had already been waiting for an hour. The guy then asked me when we were told the mirror was in. When I asked him why it took an hour for them to tell me they did not have the part he said we were trying to find it. I told him that was unacceptable and they should have known when I gave our name and they pulled up our vehicle he said he was just trying to help. He then informed me the part would possibly be in on Wednesday and they would call us. I told him we already received a call stating the mirror was there and suddenly it wasn’t so he could go ahead and cancel the order and that we would go to a dealership that was clearly more organized then they were. Long story short… STAY AWAY from this very unprofessional service department.

Stay away from this dealership at all cost. I had no issues purchasing my car but the service department is another story. It took them 5 tries to actually fix a problem with my transmission over the summer… the first to times they insisted that nothing was wrong. I began having a problem with my driver power window in the cold and they took it for a day last week only to tell me that it was not doing it when they had the car that day, so there was nothing wrong (even though I told them when I dropped it off that it was not happening that day). The window started doing it again today and I dropped the car off to them and they didn’t even check to see that it wasn’t working. Now it’s sitting in the garage where it’s warm and they will probably tell me the same thing later.

Only Ford dealership I have ever had a good experience at. Tim bernard is the most knowledgeable and customer-​oriented sales person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you are looking for a ford go and see him! Brenda who works the reception at night is a doll.

In 2011 I leased a ford escape from this dealer and dealt with Frank, he was wonderful but he is the only reason that I signed with Quality Auto Mall. While going in to finalize my deal, pick up my car and sign all of the paperwork… there was an issue and I was unable to pick up the car that night. One of the finance managers said that the person who needs to sign off had to leave and since I came in late (after work) that I should have tried to come in earlier. I was clearly upset since no one had called me to let me know what was going on, I left work early for a deal that should have gone through easily. Once the finance manager saw that I was not happy, he proceeded to tell me that «buying a car isn’t like buying a new pair of shoes.» After this sexist comment I was ready to leave, Frank knew that the deal was falling through and ended up offering me a remote starter for the car for free. Frank is the ONLY reason that I completed this deal.
I should have known that I should not return to Quality Auto Mall based on my original experience with my signing my lease paperwork, but did want to give them another chance… they proved that my business was not appreciated there and I went elsewhere.
My lease was ending soon so I wanted to go back to Quality Auto Mall for my options since this is where I originally bought my lease from. My original salesman Frank had retired so I was unable to see him. I met with Danny about what I was interested in and tried to find out a little bit of what my options were. From the moment I sat down, I did not feel settled with where this deal was going. Danny immediately tried to put me in a car that I did not want and was not forth coming with what the best option for me was. All he was concerned about was the sale and getting my business. There was so much back and forth with the finance office that most of my visit I was sitting alone at the desk waiting for him to come back with numbers. Once Danny realized that he hadn’t sold me on what he had offered, he started talking to my boyfriend sitting next to me-​probably thinking that maybe he could convince me to buy. As a young woman walking into a dealership, this is not the customer service that I expect. As the person buying the car, the salesman should talk directly to me about my options, not the man sitting next to me. Needless to say, once I felt disrespected I left the dealer and vow to never return there.
In a separate experience about 6 months ago, my boyfriend was looking for a car and decided to stop at Quality Auto Mall. I am not sure who we spoke with, but once my boyfriend said that he was just trying to get numbers and see what was affordable to him, the salesman told him that he should not go car hunting on a Saturday and that most car dealers won’t take him seriously since he is not ready to settle on a deal. The salesman then started asking me about my car to try and salvage any sort of deal possible… we proceeded to leave immediately.
Perhaps there are some salesman at this dealer that do not operate like the men that I encountered, but I would highly suggest staying far away from Quality Auto Mall. After going to another local Ford dealer and seeing how a customer should actually be treated, it was a completely opposite experience and truly eye opening as to how poor customer service I had received MULTIPLE times at Quality Auto Mall.

Where do I even begin? My dad purchased a brand new Econoline 350 work van in 2006 from another Ford dealership.
On… Oct 31^st, 2009… the transmission went with only 32,000 miles on it! Luckily… when purchasing the vehicle, we were conned into buying the extended warranty.
So… brand new truck… suckered into buying an extended warranty… faulty transmission… regular warranty had just expired a month earlier, if we did not have the extended warranty, we’d have to pay the $ 3500 to repair the transmission.
You may be wondering where I’m going with this?
It’s simple… This place fixed the transmission. Real quick… what’s today’s date? Dec 19^th, 2013
On Dec 12^th, 2013… The transmission went again!!!
I called and spoke to the manager, Thomas or Tommy the following day. I explained to him, the transmission on my dad’s truck just broke and it was previously repaired at his facility. He brought up the fact that it wasn’t under the extended warranty anymore. I said I understand that, but it was fixed there a few years ago, is there something that can be done? Maybe it wasn’t installed correctly. He said, that the van was fixed on Oct 31^st, 2009 and that over 3 years have passed and there is nothing that he can do. He said that if the transmission wasn’t installed correctly, the van would’ve returned 2 months later.
I simply said, «Can they just look at it or something? I mean, my dad is a good man. All his life he’s payed things without question. Now, the transmission that was repaired there, under warranty just went again. Something has to be wrong? The truck has almost has 65,000 miles on it. You mean to tell me that it’s normal for a transmission to break again?» His actual words… «I don’t know what to tell you? Is he over loading the truck or something? You can bring it in, but we’re going to have to charge you a diagnostic fee.» I said, listen… if there’s nothing that you can do, fine… but let me talk to my dad and i’ll get back to you.
Now… I’m a little annoyed at this point that he can’t help us out… but that’s business right? Who am I anyways? I’m not some big shot or anything… I just write reviews here. What really ticked me off was this…
After talking to my dad, he said you know what… I’ll just get it repaired. Call the guy, and get a price. I call Thomas on Dec 16^th, 2013. I get the receptionist. I asked to speak to Thomas… She transfers me and I get his voice mailbox. I hang up… I call back a half hour later… Same lady, I asked to speak to Thomas again, she said… just leave him a voicemail, HE ALWAYS CALLS BACK!!!
I leave a nice voicemail saying we want to come in and get the transmission fixed and to please call me back so we can bring the truck in.
NOTHING!!!
I call back again the next day…
NOTHING!!!
So in closing… They stink when it comes to helping customers out! They don’t return calls… and I feel that they really are taking advantage of my father on something that they are at fault on. Maybe I’m just defending my dad, but I’m just speechless at how this place acted. We were forced to go to another place to get the transmission fixed. How pathetic!

The only reason it’s one star is because I had to choose at least one! Bottom line, stay far away from this dealership! There are plenty of others fairly close who will not be so deceptive! The verbal agreement we had was not reflected in the contract and unfortunately for me I didn’t realize it until a few days later.
We purchased a car that only has limited production, so we knew we would pay what was being asked to get it. The dealer added $ 5,000 on the sticker price! Who does that?!
The reason they did that was to make up for the «$ 5,000 over value» they were «giving» us for our trade.
I’m not going to get too in detail because at the end of the day I signed the contract so it is my fault. Please if you do decide to go here read over everything carefully. Each time the paperwork changed hands it was changed.

I was experiencing engine misfire on a Sunday, so I had little choice but to bring it to Quality Automall Ford in Rutherford, NJ (closest Ford dealership to me) Monday morning at 7:30am without an appointment. Service Manager Carlos Santana was very courteous in getting my car checked out within two hours and arranged a shuttle to take me home since the repair will take some time. The shuttle driver Frankie was very friendly and very professional.
However, there were numerous issues that arose with the dealership’s service after that initial pleasant experience.
First, Carlos promised that the car would be done by 11am or noon on Tuesday, so my wife told her boss that she would leave work early in order to help me pick up the car late Tuesday afternoon. Well, Tuesday noon came and went without any call, so I called at 3pm or so; Carlos was not there, so I left a voicemail. Came 4:20pm, no return call, so I called him again; I was able to reach his this time, and he told me that the car is not done yet but he was 99% sure that it will be done by 6pm, so I should still plan on coming in. With that assurance, my wife left work early at 4:30pm as planned. Fast forward to 6:05pm, Carlos called me and said the repair was done, but they did not take a chance to test drive it, so they want to keep the car overnight. When I told him about my wife having to take off early for car pickup, he said that will call me Wednesday around 11am when the car was done and whether it was ok to send someone to pick me up at that time.
On that Wednesday, 11am rolled around without a call, and by now I was used to his poor communications. At 1pm, I called him, and he said that the car was done and I could come pick up any time I want, obviously forgotten that he had promised someone to pick me up. Finally, at 1:45pm, he called to let me know that Frankie is already on his way to my house to pick me up, who was his usual friendly self. Paying the bill, which was painful as car repairs usually would be, gave me a very slight reprieve in that they discovered another small component that needed to be replace that they did not see on Monday; since they did not quote it, they did not charge me for that part.
I drove around for 20 to 30 minutes just to make sure all was well before I went home. So all in all, they did their job well as far as I could see thus far, but it seemed that they have much to improve in terms of communication with their customers, and relaying proper expectations in terms of time needed to perform the work.
