The GM and sales staff is great! If you live in or near Rutland, I would recommend stopping by. I’ve always been treated with a lot of respect here.

Poultney, VT
6÷1÷2012, stopped into the parts center to try and get a oil cooler hose after breaking down in wallingford, vt. The parts manager would not sell me just the hose, said I had to buy the complete assembly at a cost of $ 150.00. Well I left. Had the truck flat bedded home. The day I was able the buy just the hose from Poultney auto. I also bought an oil filter, and 2 hose clamps at a total cost of $ 14.00. Guess thats how the big guys get big, by screwing the customer. They got the 1 star only because I had to enter something.
