Red Mango

Very very disgusting experience! I Love redMango but not the one in RyeBrook. I was pouring some granola on my yogurt and I found a DUSTBUNNY with HAIR inside of it. The granola might’ve fell on the floor and the employees probably swept it back up and put it back for customers. How disgusting. Please do not come here.

I was pretty disappointed in Red Mango. I’ve been to other frozen yogurt spots and their flavor are pretty much endless.
Not Red Mango. I think I counted at least 10 flavors! Not impressed! My hubby and me decided to give this place a try — so why not! We go in, the guy behind the counter was on his cell phone. But anyway… I go straight to the frozen yogurt and was quickly mortified. Really? This is it for the flavors???
On to the toppings– that’s another story… What ice cream spot, or in this case– frozen yogurt place doesn’t have freaking TOFFEE??? Red Mango that’s who!
Totally not impressed with the taste of the yogurt and topping selections were very weak.

I really like it ! Yesterday i was there with my husband and our daughter. it was her birthday !!! and we really enjoyed ! The texture of the frozen yogurt, the smoothies and ice cream are delicious !!!

By far one of the worst frozen yogurt experiences ever! Their flavor selection is not only terrible but taste terrible as well. I would recommend going elsewhere. (Anywhere)

Since ice cream is one of my favorie dessert, this is a great alternative. They have a good flavors selection, and this is a healthy option.
I took off one star just because their staff can sometime make you feel that they wish they had a different job…

one of the better froyo places — very fresh toppings and a good variety … and usually there are seats available outside. i mean, what more can you ask for from your frozen yogurt place?

Dirty and the employee behind the counter had an attitude when I asked about a food allergy she told me it wasn’t her problem i won’t be back

The froyo is still amazing; that part of my review hasn’t changed, but the staff here are terrible. Enough so that I don’t really want to come back to the Rye Brook location anytime soon. I’m thinking the extra commute to Larchmont – where the staff are much more pleasant and helpful – would be preferable.
Some can’t speak English very well or clearly enough, which makes getting questions answered nearly impossible. I forgot my rewards card and was wondering if it would be possible to get the points charged onto my account despite this. The girl was extremely hard to understand, and then she started getting an attitude when I asked her to repeat herself multiple times. Ooookay, sorry! The woman behind us couldn’t understand what she was saying either, so it wasn’t just my mom and I. I have nothing against people whose primary language isn’t English, but if an establishment is going to hire someone as a cashier, that person should be able to speak clearly enough (it doesn’t have to be perfect) so customers can understand him/​her.
Then there are all the high school kids who just stand around and stare you down as you make your froyo. It’s a little creepy.
Some of these girls have major attitude problems. I don’t really care if you’re having a bad day, or if your boyfriend broke up with you because your personality is as exciting as a toothpick. The second you start acting passive aggressive is the second I’m going to get snarky. Absolutely ridiculous that a cashier would behave like this. It’s not hard to plaster on a smile and pretend to give a sh*t by asking how the customer is doing; I did it for years when I worked at bakeries and froyo shops.

Excellent yogurt place. They have quite a few flavors to choose from. I’m a fan of tart yogurt, but my boyfriend is not. If I go to Pinkberry, he has to go across the street to Haagen Dazs. Red Mango is perfect for us because he can always find something that tastes «normal» to him.

Love this Frozen Yogurt! Very very light. I love their fresh cut fruits for toppings!

decent yogurt, a few flavors to choose from. lots of fresh toppings. nice staff. clean place. what more could you ask for?
overall it wasnt cheap but i think it was a fair price.
i paid about $ 10 for yogurt for 3 people.

I made a huge mistake by trying the original flavor instead of getting the coconut one :(
I’m not a big fan of the tart flavoring… Kudos for not having a huge line, but then again, it is winter.
Next time, I’ll definitely be more adventurous — get a flavored one and try more toppings!!!
