This should be short, sweet, and to the point, however, that is far from our experience. Currently having three children who were previously enrolled in this program for 6 weeks, triplets no less, we had contacted the company due to how the instructor the children were assigned for the several weeks was off for the remainder of the summer. Being that last week’s lesson was a tad bit unorganized and as to how the new instructors seemed overwhelmed with the triplets. Having called over this worrying issue, we were greeted my a young employee who had taken in our complaints accordingly and respectfully. That is, however, until we receive a phone call a few moments later from the Owner/Director Glenn, who began to use a sense of slander-ace words and attitude alike. Stating, «You may have been nervous, but I wasn’t, If you are not happy with the classes, then move on.» All in a tone that would normally not even be thought of in a professional setting. Adding insult to injury, he also rudely made a sexist remark on my marriage before hanging up abruptly. As a mother of triplets with a full time job and barely any time to spare, this is unacceptable and unprofessional to any degree of business.
