Horrible customer service. They are not nice, the young lady who answered the phone was so rude and condescending. I am not happy about writing this about anyone’s business but they need to learn how to treat the customer. All I wanted was pizza and all I received was an attitude. I hope they fix the issue and unfortunately I will never attempt to go there again! Good luck you will need it!

For all my years working and living in Rye, I appreciated when Planet Pizza opened in 2011.
Always fast courteous service, accommodating, and happy to honor coupons even retroactively.

Im up from the city for a day and decide to check this place out. I know a good slice when I have one. Perfect crispy crust with good amount of flavor and chew. Cheese is standard (didn’t get the fresh mozz one tho) sauce to cheese ratios is great. The crispy well browned sausage was excellent! Its hard to find a slice this good in Tue city. Yeah Rye!

Pizza is just ok. After 5pm, they are not as busy so the slices have been sitting out a long time and there isn’t much of a selection. Service is as if you are bothering them when you order just feels like a negative vibe in the place.
Too many other pizza choices in town and surrounding to make this «the place».
