Oh, Lowe’s. I wish I could give you a good review. In fact I wish I had anything positive to say about you besides you are the closest ‘hardware store’ to my house. Sadly, that is not the case.
The worst part is my disappointment stems not from the fact that you don’t carry the item that I needed; I’ll just go elsewhere. It was the lack of customer service, customer acknowledgement, and associate engagement. Not a single employee greeted me at any point. I couldn’t find what I was looking for on the shelf, but 2 employees happened to walk by. So I asked them and was told «you’ll have to ask the plumbing guy. He’s there» pointing to another man coming up the main aisle. They barely stopped their walk for this exchange. The plumbing guy showed me where the item should be and left. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the right part; this time I hit the button for help, and a completely different employee showed up after a few minutes so the page would stop going off. He was actually pretty interested in helping. He offered to check if another store had the item or if it could be ordered. As it happens tgere two different hardware stores not too much farther away, but the next closest Lowe’s is a good 15 min. drive. I went to Ace instead and got everything I needed without a problem.
Customers are the ones who sign your paycheck Lowe’s! I would think that would be a pretty good reason to treat them as something other than a nuisance.

One word… DISORGANIZED! Made an online order and had to wait even though I received an email stating it was ready! The line at Customer Service was crazy and only one person. I think I’ll have my order shipped next time

Had to drive alittle further, but lowes never disappoints. We were in the plumbing aisle, lawrence came over from the doors and windows area just to see if we needed help and got us going with what we needed. This is why we need a lowes near us instead of home depot. Better service and helpful staff.

This is the worst Lowes. They are always out of whatever I’m looking for and today there were no carts available because they hadn’t collected them from the parking lot. Walked in, no cart and the three things I came to get were out. Went to Home Depot, much better shopping experience.

This review would suffice for any Lowe’s, and probably most Home Depots as well. It’s big, it’s laid out by some logic, but given the ridiculous number of possible items one might need, you’ll have a hard time finding what you require. There are employees but they always seem critically overworked, so either prepare for some mindless wandering or some toe-​stepping.
The upshot is that they have it somewhere in there 90% of the time, it’s cheaper than online (shipping), they never give a problem when making a return (keep your receipt)(apparently paint is the exception here), and there is a bargain rack for plants.

Needed help with grout material and asked this guy for help. He gave me an attitude and said as soon as he is done with a client. Waited and waited and didn’t see him again till I went to plumbing were he was sitting there talking to another two lowes employees. Must be nice

Overall, this was one of the worst hardware stores I’ve ever been to! Upon entering, there were no carts to be found, and it took 5 minutes to get one. The women’s bathroom was a disaster, with toilet paper all over the floor, overflowing trash cans, and dirty toilets. After this, I went to get some wire shelves cut. It took 10 minutes to get an employee to help out. When they came, they employees were rude and dismissive. The one girl even dropped the 12 foot shelf, hitting another gentlemen in the head and cutting my moms hand. Thankfully her hand was only a bad scratch that was bleeding, and the gentlemen wasn’t hurt, but the employee didn’t even notice and didn’t bat an eyelash. I would recommend going to a different hardware store, even if it means a slightly longer drive!

–cashiers are nice
Cons:
–customer support, in general, is poor.
–finding help is near impossible.
All-​in-​all, if you know what you want (and where it’s located) this place works. If you need help, you may be better off asking another customer.

I seldom go to Lowe’s, because this location is out of my way. I came here looking for an inexpensive window A/​C unit. I found what I needed and left. Just like a guy liked it. In and our.
I did notice that there was hardly anyone there, maybe it was because it was a weekday morning.
I will return to this location. It was a good experience.

This store is large and while I wish they had a larger selection of edible garden plants, I can usually find everything else I am looking for here.

It’s becoming my «go to» place for home improvement. With a Lowe’s credit card, I can get 5 percent off everything, and that’s a nice enticement. But, the sod that I’ve picked up has been hearty, the advice from the garden department quite good, and the store is always clean and well stocked.
Like all places except the WalMart next door and Target, Lowe’s, like Home Depot, seems to charge far too much for advanced light bulbs, and outdoor patio furniture. I realize that we’re not using white plastic chairs anymore, but 1599 for a couch, two chairs, and coffee table?

Like many other reviewers, I prefer Home Depot to Lowes. I think HD has a better selection and lower prices. This store is closer to my house than the Home Depot, so I do shop here. The store is vry nice inside and rates 3 stars.

Not really a fan of Lowes, especially this one. It’s mostly due to their customer service, or lack of. You can never find anyone to help you!
I’ve never once had anyone come up and ask me if I’ve found everything ok. Even with my «i’m so lost» look. Sadly this place is not crazy busy either!
I do frequent this location often only because it’s close. I’ll give the cashiers in the contractors dept credit, they are super friendly.
