This place can be a dream or a nightmare for home owners. It’s great when they have what you’re looking for or if you’re in need of ideas. It’s a nightmare when you can’t find any help or the items you’re looking for are more expensive than you thought. While this store has plenty of products and every tool imaginable, they lack greatly in customer service. It never fails, whenever I’m looking for assistance in a particular department I either can’t find anyone or the person there is only covering for that department and doesn’t have a clue about anything. Not to mention no one seems particularly interested in helping you; luckily there’s YouTube. This is a great place to spend plenty of money when doing home projects and it’s nice to know it’ll be there when you have to return three more times during the same day due to unexpected circumstances with your project.

I wanted white retaining wall block. The website said they had it in stock before I went. They didn’t have it. This is the closest Lowes to my house, so I asked for help in hopes they could order me a pallet of the white block. The guy said, «if we don’t have it, we can’t order it for you. Try walmart next door.» I couldn’t believe it! Not even for a whole pallet! How ridiculous. I wish there was a Home Depot closer because this would’ve been my last trip to Lowes. A customer that spends thousands in the store can’t get a product shipped to the store.

This store has always been a great help to me over the past few years of being open. I never had any problems here; always friendly, helpful, and assertive associates here; great reasonable prices; easy to navigate through the store; and they sell a great BBQ sauce from an outside vendor I found at another place.
This place has something for everyone from summer projects to house remodeling. The garden center is very nice too. Great location, great people, great products, and so much fun looking at new things for a house.
I highly recommend this business.

Your self check out isn’t really a self check out if every little transaction needs an associate to help you do this, enter that. And chase you down cause your item you all just watched me pay for needs to get scanned.

Horrible customer service. Long lines, rude staff. But not surprising given that the managers are rude too. Don’t ask for help. They look at you like you are from another planet.

Stopped in this morning to pick up a few items for my weekend projects. Wasn’t busy at all, which was nice. And check out was a breeze. But it didn’t seem like there were many people around to help. I needed a particular item and they only had one type that was way more than I needed. I stopped one of the associates to help me, but he didn’t normally work in that section. He went for help from someone else, but that didn’t help me either. I ended up getting what I needed at Walmart. Which is kind of sad since their home improvement section is so small.
