10 Pretty Nails

So I haven’t gotten my nails done in so long I just randomly felt like getting them done. My niece had gotten hers here before and her nails were very nice. So I brought her along so she could get hers filled. Thinking our nails would come out beautifully, it didn’t. The lady that was doing my nails made me bleed on 3 of my fingers and didn’t apologize nor did she try to be more gently and my nails came out uneven. They looked OK when we were inside so I was like whatever. but once we went outside, u can see all the messy edges and extra gel nail polish that wasn’t suppose to be there. Theres a lint under one of my nails so its bumpy. She also told me that gel was $ 35 but shell give me a discount of $ 5 when the actual price of gel was $ 30. Like really? Every time I wash my hands my fingers sting. Also, the color on the nail demos that they show you doesn’t look anything like the color on your nails. My niece wasn’t satisfied with her nails either. She said the man that did hers was ruff and rude. We will not be returning.

I went in for a manicure with gel polish. Ended up coming out with both a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. Momma Nancy took care of me. I told her no pedicure because I have sensitive feet. She promised me that she does a great job – and she was true to her words! I can’t even touch my own feet sometimes but she work wonders.
I had to subtract two stars because in the middle of it all, two female staff started arguing! Momma Nancy continue to assure me and told me not to worry and continue pampering me. Extra star for her!

I forget to get her name but she did a great job! This is going to be my new nail place from now on

this place should be taken down for lack of sanitation. the place was soo dirty and unorganized. the people kept pressuring me for services that i did not want, the guy that did my pedicure was cutting into my cuticle it was painfull, and to top it off i asked him for a nude polish and he returned with a dark purple shade and said «no dis wan betta» 10 pretty nails? more like 10 shitty nails !! never coming back here again, and whoever decides to go here i hope u got ur tetanus shots

He takes very good care of and my nails. I even get a discount since I always bring in my own color. I drive from Rocklin just to see him. Don’t go anywhere else.

10 pretty nails my ass! The friggin old man yank the shit out when taking my nails off. It hurt and its bleeding so I said something about it &he have the guts to tell me why I’m getting mad for. WTF?!? My first time trying them out, but looks like it didn’t work out and for sure not going there ever again!!!

Tried this place for the first time… The prices here are very cheap and they do a great job. It is not the newest or cleanest nail shop but their work is good. If you are looking for the most updated nail techniques or polish brands this is not the place for you. If you just want the basics for a cheap price this place is Perfect!

I’ve been coming here for over 14 years!!! Nacy is the best! I used to come more often when I lived in Sacramento but now I try and get up to Sacramento every 3 months to see her. She does a fabulous job well worth the drive!!!

Went here twice to get individual lashes done and both times my lashes came out. After my first vist my lashes started to come out on the 3 rd day then giving the lady a second chance the following day my lashes started to seperate and some were on my pillow. This cost my 25.00 and no refund! I definitely learned my lesson and WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE. Tracy’s down the street is MUCH better but very crowded because there good work. PLEASE DON’T GO TO TEN PRETTY NAILS FOR LASHES LADIES.

I’ve been here a few times and can say that for the most part the nail techs that I’ve had do a great job. The downside to it is the quality of the polishes they use. So if your up to bringing your own polishes go for it.
If your looking to try out semi-​permanent lashes though I’d recommend you save your money it’s not worth it. Too much glue was used and up close it just wasn’t attractive.

I’ve been going to 10 Pretty Nails for years. I’ve seen a lot of staff come and go and the clientele has definitely declined, this used to be the spot. I drive out of my way to receive a pedicure and manicure from Sunny, he is the best. Sunny takes his time to ensure my feet and hands are well taken care of when I leave the shop. I am knocking off a star due to the staff continuing to do the same early 90’s styled nails and designs. I’ve been wanting to try stiletto nails as well as gel nails and this shop doesn’t offer anything new. I also knocked off a star due to the tacky décor, this nail shop could definitely use a makeover. Despite all of my criticism I will continue to frequent this nail shop. I’m loyal to my soil.

If you want your nails to last, go see Sam, he is great! I can actually go 2 – 3 weeks after seeing him. Also, the deluxe pedicure was the best I’ve ever had, my feet actually felt baby soft when it was over. Even though it’s out of my way, I make a point of going because it’s well worth it.

I guess am a pretty hairy lady. My auntie used to tease me all time saying, «When you were a baby, I would braid the hair on your ears»! Gross, I know! But, with that being said… I get my eyebrows done every 2 weeks like clockwork and I have been known to be a bit aggressive and stern when it comes to what my eyebrows look like. I would recommend this place. Some people have an «issue» with getting their brows tamed at a salon that does it all (nails, feet, and brows), but I don’t have that problem. I have been going to Sam to get my eyebrows done since the summer time and I have always been satisfied.
The salon is a bit old. The pedicure stations are crammed together like sardines, and if one of the girls decides she is hungry the whole place will smell like noodles and rice. (That kind of stuff doesn’t bother me due to me taking the time to get to know the staff). However, I do not get my feet or nails done here because I feel the nail polish they use chips off easily — as some would say, «cheap». And, the color selection is lack-​luster. I’m into bright, bold, and expressive colors… none of which they have chosen to provide their customers.
Overall, I give them a B-​. I rated them 3 stars because of the pedi situation. If they’d do a remodel and get some OPI or quality nail polish, I would consider changing the rating.
