My experience with this company as far as the billing process /​customer service skills has certainly been a disservice to me as a consumer. They made unauthorized charges to my credit card and when I called to question the charges all I got were verbal attacks from Justin. He said he had recorded conversations where I authorized the other charges and when I asked to hear them he refused. He also threatened to put me in collections and a lein against my home!!! Next time I’ll be more careful when giving out my credit card information to a company.

We needed a MAJOR spring cleaning, which would include the garage and all that stuff in the «I’ll just put that out here for now till we figure what to do with it,» stack that grew to epic proportions.
Enter Advanced Disposal with warm, professional and timely service, patient explanations, reasonable rates and excellent follow through. I compared with a couple other services but came back to them based on their upfront terms and customer service.
We booked the 10 yard bin for 10 days and not only did they deliver and pick up timely taking everything away (they recycle whenever possible), but now we finally have a garage that fits the car comfortably again and the house is (mostly) ready for Spring. Thanks for the help guys!

I wish I could give more stars than 5! The people who work for this company are very caring and understanding to their customers! I’ve used their services twice now and am happy to do buisness with them again! Other garbage disposal companies Ive dealt with charge hidden fees and taxes, Advance Disposal is upfront with their prices and will not charge you for some off the wall fee! These people are awsome!

For starters, it took forever to convince my husband to rent a dumpster because we both thought dumpster rentals were way overpriced. Then I found Advance Disposal on Unilocal.At first glance, I thought maybe the reviews were too good to be true, but I figured I’d contact them for a quote anyway. (Side note, I loved that I could use the chat option on their site and had all my questions answered.)
Well, the quoted price was pretty great so we rented the 10 yard bin for 10 days. Their price included fees, dropoff, pickup, etc. When we needed to extend our time by a few days, they were totally reasonable and worked with us. Thanks to them, we’ve finally cleared out our garage. We would definitely use Advance Disposal again!

Renting a dumpster seems pretty basic, so I didn’t expect much. But I’m giving Advance Disposal 5 stars for customer service. They were not only friendly and helpful when I first called, it turns out they had the best deal, price-​wise. They were available for next-​day service, and in a fairly remote location of the county. And then when I had to call them one night after 7 pm, someone actually answered the phone! I expected an answering machine, but to have my issue dealt with right away was so helpful!

Simply a great experience start to finish. One easy call, and we were set. They handled everything so fast and delivered the services exactly as promised. I had no idea what I needed, and they took the time to help me understand my options and what was best (and least expensive!) for my situation, which is so rare these days. Working with Advance Disposal was a pleasure. After calling around I found that Advance Disposal had the best prices in town. The dumpster I ordered arrived exactly when it was supposed to and the driver even dropped it to one side of my driveway to make loading it easier. When I decided that I needed to keep the dumpster for a few extra days I called and asked. I was surprised at how easy it was (and how easy it was on my budget). Overall, I am absolutely satisfied with Advance Disposal. The next time I need a dumpster I won’t hesitate to call Advance Disposal.

Advance Disposal are as good as it gets when searching for a dumpster. They are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My sister and I needed a dumpster for our mother’s estate and we got the big 40 cubic-​yarder. The price was right and they delivered it right on the driveway where we asked them to put it. I highly recommend this company if you need a dumpster, disposal services!

Fantastic customer service from the first phone call through delivery and pick up of the dumpster. Everyone I talked to was super friendly, flexible and cooperative. They delivered the dumpster in the time frame they gave, which was narrowed down to an hour. And pick up was the same. Prices were comparable and much cheaper than city utility rates. I highly recommend Advanced.

Advance Disposal was absolutely phenomenal to work with. I run a remodel company and when we needed a last minute dumpster asap, Jimmy at the shop said no problem and got us a same-​day drop off (with a more than fair price).
Advance Disposal is now our number one contact for garbage removal.

I’ve used this service twice and both times it was easy and everything was exactly as they said it would be! I was a tad leery the first time because I’d never ordered a dumpster before and was concerned that there would be extra costs that I’d get stuck with in the end. Well after my conversation with them they outlined specifically what the deal was and we both stuck to our ends of the bargain. No extra costs and they delivered and picked up exactly when they said they would.
I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone looking for this type of service. They’re easy to work with and friendly. I’ve been working on a very large scale project for over a year and both times I’ve worked with Advance Disposal they were simply great.
This is the company I’ll use going forward without question.

I’ve never rented a bin before. A co-​worker recommended these guys. It was quick and easy. They gave me multiple options and explained the process. They were also very flexible and were able to accommodate my schedule for delivery and pickup.
The driver was on time and quickly and expertly dropped the bin and even adjusted the positioning to make it easier to get in and out of the bin.
Definitely will recommend these guys to anyone needing a bin.

Excellent company on all levels from their professionalism on the phone to their courteous drivers. How often does the owner of a company pickup the phone without any automated messaging system and then proceed to offer money saving options so I got the best value for money as I needed multiple size dumpsters. He was flexible on delivery and pickup dates, I got regular updates with electronic copies of receipts and an offer to provide year end reporting for tax purposes and all for a great price. Needless to say I’m very impressed with this company and wish all were this consistently good. Great job to the team at Advanced Disposal as you are setting the bar for service in this area so please keep it up!

I had never rented a dumpster before and didn’t know what to expect. The staff at Advance Disposal answered my questions and were always prompt in responding when I had additional questions to ask. They helped me figure exactly what I needed.

Rented from these guys on two occasions. first time was for a complete home remodel on the house I purchased in May of 2013 and more recently back in August of 2014 for a backyard cleanup.
They delivered a 20 yard bin straight into my RV pad which was awesome, because Roseville waste services wouldn’t go near anywhere on my property insisting on putting the bin on the street. no thanks.
The owner answers the phones and is on top of everything. honest guy and good prices.
Oh, and to top it off, they picked up the bin on Saturday, just in time to clean the driveway up for some guests coming over that evening.
Would definitely have them do a drop off again.

These guys are great. Right from the beginning, I was able to speak directly with someone who could help me out. Usually it’s a run around with trash companies, getting connected with the wrong people, being on hold for 20 minutes, but not with them. The were a help right out of the gate.
The driver delivered on time and gave me notice before he was going to be there so I could direct him. Overall, the service is excellent from beginning to end, I highly suggest Advance Disposal to friends and I will continue to use them.
