Atlas has been amazing to work with! We have used them for about 5 or 6 years at an apartment bldg in Sacramento. Everytime I call their customer service, they have been incredibly competent and pleasant. Unbeknownst to us, we had a tenant with a small request, Atlas, on it’s own, went to the apartment and figured out a solution. I wish all companies were so proactive.

let‘s start with the website… it‘s totally retarded. i can‘t even get a quote because it won‘t recognize my phone number after 4 tries. i tried using hyphens and parenthesis and various combinations don‘t work.
therefore, i am not going to use them. THANKS!
