I don’t particularly like Wendys but what the heck I ate their any way but here is my problem the manager is extremely rude and mean to her employees the way I heard her speak to them I wouldn’t speak to anyone. the cashier accidentally got my order wrong and the way the manager spoke to her made me feel bad, learn how to treat and speak to your employees.

There is no value at this place. Even in their«Value Menu» which is no longer. Everything has gone up 30%(there is no more 99 cent option, everything is $ 1.30 or more). I got a double-stack and fries. Cost me $ 5 without a drink. The burger was a pathetic double stack of 2 tiny patties, 2 rubbery slices of pickle and some ketchup. There are far too many other locally owned burger joints that will give you a better value. You can get a BIG cheeseburger with good quality meat and cheese for $ 4.99 at Joe’s Burgers and it comes with fries. Just a continuing disappointment in fast food. I guess we chalk another cost increase up to the un — Affordable Care Act. Every time I break my «no corporate fast food» rule I live to regret it. This was no different. Convenience isn’t worth it. I’ll go stand in line at Joe’s Burgers again next time. To top it off, there are bums around panhandling and asking for money in the parking lot.

Customers are not always right even if they get ripped off! Please do not eat here! Today was the first day that they reopened after who knows how long they were shut down. The actual owner of the Wendy’s was present and she looked as if she was waiting for her newly remodeled store to shut down forever! She looked very irritable and angry. I ordered a Asian chicken salad before they had shut down(which I did not know about) and spoke with the manager, Liza, for a replacement and she told me I could go in. However, when I got there, the owner was standing guarding the door and she had turned me away after learning that I came in for a replacement of the salad that I did not get. She even told me that I was at the wrong Wendy’s and took absolutely no responsibility for the poor customer service and for charging full price for a salad with chicken and not give you chicken! What a nasty thief!

Never coming back again, had a burger craving and now I feel sick from eating their food, I asked for a well done burger and when I opened it, it was NOT well done, it was cold too. The fries were not even fresh. Basically, my whole order was basically not fresh at all. I came to grab food before my Finals at Sac State and ugh I feel so sick now. Thumbs down Wendys!

The worst experience ever! These are some ghetto workers. Since I have experienced racism here, I will throw it right back at them. Being Asian, these black girls are down ghetto! Just because my sis in law had an accent, they act like they didn’t understand her order. The girl at window was rude, and condescending. I would drive 10 miles to eat away from this place.

Prices have skyrocketed on the value menu, if you can still call it that. They have only one person doing both drive thru and counter, and it isn’t because of the minimum wage increase. It’s called GREED. Shame on you Wendy’s!

Horrible service! Rude girl! They need to be re-trained! We stopped at this place because it was late. Asked for an extra dressing and the girl at the window acted like she didn’t hear us or know what we were asking for. WARNING… DONOTGOHERE

Every time I come to this location I am harassed by the homeless people that like to hang out and demand money or you to get them food. It’s really bad. I really wish they would fix this.

Busy spot next to Home Depot. Let me start by saying the food is like all Denny’s. You didn’t come here for something new, I know I came here for the spicy chicken sandwich. But this location for some reason is infested with Bums, inside and out. The kind that hold signs and ask for everything from food to money while attempting to pass through the doors. This would probably explain why the drive through line was wrapped around the corner. All in all I do not recommend this place unless you use the drive through.

I usually love this place in my hometown but I went here for a #8 spicy with a baked potato… It was horrible the potato was a nasty brown looking color way over cooked and just bad all the way around. The chicken was dry and had no flavor and just so more disappointing… I will never go back!

In hopes of finding a clean, calm rest spot on the way to Tahoe, we stopped at this modest Wendy’s. Luckily, the entire restaurant was immaculate. I wanted a snack to hold me over until dinner and the friendly Wendy’s cashier allowed me to order the kid’s meal with spicy chicken nuggets, apple slices, and 100% apple juice. The nuggets were piping hot and perfect with the sweet & sour sauce, my favorite sugary dip of all fast food chains. The sliced apples were surprisingly crunchy and seemed as fresh as pre-sliced fruit can get. The only disappointment was the lack of napkins in my to-go bag which I didn’t notice until we were back on the road. Overall, quick, successful pit stop.

Chili with onions and a baked potato please! I’m not usually in the area and I never really see other Wendy’s locations, so when I’m cruising around the neighborhood, I almost always stop in for some chili and a potato. The service has always been quick and friendly, they’ve never messed up my order, and they don’t break my bank — what more could you ask from a fast food joint? Once in a while their dining room is kind of messy and gross, even when they don’t seem that busy. Something about the location attracts a special brand of crazy, so there’s always a WTF moment when you eat in. More amusing than anything. I’ll be back. The visits are few and few between, but I will be back.

I only come here for the convenience of being next to Sac State and for the few times I’ve come, about half the time I’m disappointed. Sometimes I get a salad without the dressing or a baked potato without the sour cream. During the drive thru I’ve experienced getting a drink without a straw and again with the potato without the toppings. I usually don’t mind but today I ordered the 6 piece chicken nuggets and a large chili. Honestly the workers can’t count to six? Came home to finding 4 nuggets with ¾ a container of chili. Advice to all who must go here, don’t. Ordering inside takes forever and both drive thru and dining in, the workers often make mistakes.

Service was great but my spicy chicken was neither spicy nor chicken. Well I should say the chicken isn’t as good as it used to be.

Pretty much standard fast food fare. They’re conveniently located off the freeway and are open early. I like the spicy nuggets though I try to not do much fast food in general.

Fries tasted VERY bad, and the 3 dollar value meal was worse than .50 worth of fast food CRAP from anywhere else. Oh well, maybe next time.
