This was the nastiest food I ever tasted for my 7.68. The manager had a bad attitude when I told her my food was cold. I will never eat there again. I wish I didn’t have to give them 1 star cause if it was left to Me they wouldn’t get a star.

Bad service! Waited longggggg time for order, shake only half filled, food cold. Talked to manager who said «we’re busy». No sorry, nothing. When I said I wouldn’t be back, her response was «Fine». This was Sat, ¹²⁄₁₃ approx3:00 pm, about 5 customers in the place. Hope the owner checks out Unilocal on occasion. Manager needs some training, I think.

When I ask for No Mayo, you enter into the computer No Mayo and No Mayo is printed on the receipt then I’m not really sure how I end up with Mayo on my Low Carb $ 6 burger…

I used to work at a few Carl’s Jrs around the area growing up. I know how they are typically operated pretty well from head to toe. This location not only reeks of «company first… then customer.» What I mean by this is rather than giving Joe Schmoe a nice fresh burger because he just paid $ 9 for a combo, this location would rather give Joe the messup that they made half an hour ago to save the company a couple bucks in waste. I just ate a sourdough burger that wasn’t toasted at all. Why? To save a couple of seconds in the drive-​thru? If I’m spending this much rather than going to taco bell or mcdonalds, I expect an inkling of «customer first» methodology. Jesus Christ it doesn’t take much to please a customer in this industry. The bare minimum of effort at least!

This location is so sloppy! Don’t go there. A few months ago I ordered criss cut fries and got a few frozen fries with my order it was disgusting! Today I ordered a famous star and it was full of mayo and the bun was falling apart. Needless to say I will never go there ever again!

This Carl’s Jr. is pathetic. I placed my order — simple, a BBQ Chicken Sandwich with BBQ on the side and add a slice of cheese. Got to window and paid and I was given an order with two items in the bag. Said this isn’t mine… I ordered, repeated my order. Ok, they are going to get me an order… Got the next bag. A Chicken sandwich with tons of thousand island dressing on it. Said this isn’t right. Ok, no problem, we will get it right this time… New bag. Chicken sandwich no cheese. Finally the last bag is correct. I get the sandwich back to the office and it is so dry it tastes like shoe leather and was cold and disgusting. I will NEVER go back to this Carl’s Jr. again. It was nothing but a comedy of errors and horrible food…

Even though this is a Carls Jr/​Green Burrito, there was no salsa bar inside. I was really excited for 2 tacos/​$ 1 (which I saw advertised in the window) but decided against it when I realized there wasn’t fresh salsa. Perhaps there is in the back… but we didn’t want to wait in line to ask.

I ordered two Sausage, Cheese and Egg Breakfast Biscuits. I generally don’t eat breakfast at fast food places but was pleasantly surprised at how moist and chewy these Carl’s Jr. breakfast biscuits are. These breakfast biscuits are starting to become my favorite breakfast food. Service was fast as they were able to get my food quickly to my table. Spacious environment, and a lot of tables available.

The service is always good (nice and friendly) the food is good and they are pretty fast. Come here and not Burger King 5300 Folsom blvd in east Sac, that is the worst customer service ever. Never will I go back to that Burger King. RUDE RUDE RUDE and I’m nice to everybody. Angry people work there.

Nothing special about this place accept for some of the people that I see hanging outside here every morning. Customer service is ok in the drive thru and the food is your norm.

Just bought the 2 for a doller tacos. Wow very lame. every other thing I’ve had there was great. But stay away from the cheapo tacos. You have been warned

They are A-​OK. I cannot say I am a fan. I would give 3.5 stars if I can. I only eat there when I crave for some burgers and it’s the closest fast food burger nearby.
Food: well, the burgers are bigger than the McDonald’s’. When you’re super hungry, you got to eat something.
Service: They were fast and friendly. Especially when I told them I cannot see the board and didn’t have my glasses with me. The cashier offered to assist me, which was cool. I don’t know about other Carl’s Jr. but this place is all right.
I wouldn’t eat burgers every day… not really a burger fan. If your on a budget and needing that burger quick fix, Carl’s Jr. have some good deals on burgers in comparison to McDonald’s. Also, they got some good coupons you can use. Well, once in a while. :)

I wemy here for a quick bite this morning and the staff there was fast and friendly. The service was quick and yummy!!! I had the French toast dip meal with a small carton of milk and it was yummy in my tummy especially cause I’m a French toast lover and dipping them brought me back to memorie lane as a little kid!!! :-)

The «Big Burger with no onion» always comes with onion. It’s like they purposefully ignore you. Kind of a weird sensation. They are very friendly though while they mess up your super simple order. It’s a bit like a cute puppy pooping on your carpet. No fun, but hey, it’s a puppy, and its cute, so you don’t get mad.
Interesting the other day was this lady in front of me at the drive thru, in a big white Buick SUV, who took about 10 minutes just standing there. Finally got her order, started checking all of her bags and demanded something from the window. Minutes later these kitchen items made their way to the car, aluminum boxes with I assume a sauce or something, and a knife, so she could finish up her order in her car. It took a while, and she returned these things to the window. It was pretty crazy. Even more crazy how the Carls Jr. employees allow this lady’s attitude block the drive thru, instead of telling her to sod off/​pull around and come into the restaurant.

Garbage… keep giving them another shot and keep getting disappointed… dry old beef everytime, slow service everytime, cold fries every single time. Garbage, don’t bother.

I’ve been hittin’ the tread hard the last couple of weeks to lose a few lbs. However, I needed my burger fix today. I wrecked shop on a tasty double western bacon cheeseburger. Or as I like to call it, «the double dang dang». God it was good.
