Don’t. Just don’t. Go somewhere else. Trust me. We should have an IQ test even for fast food employees cuz this job is apparently hard AF! I did when I was a teen and never had these issues. 7 – 11 has food too. And at least it’ll be what you asked for. Not someone else’s order

Horrible service! 0 stars! We got our food turned out of drive thru to check our food and discovered we were missing a burger and nuggets. We went back in drive thru immediately, never leaving the parking lot and since it’s Christmas and it’s closed on the inside, waited in line ALL OVER AGAIN!
To come to the window and for the lady to say we only forgot your nuggets. At that point I just got extremely irritated because first off, who wants to wait behind 5 cars for a burger? Do you think we don’t have a life that a measly burger is worth the 15 – 20 minute wait? Sheeze! So rude! I only waited because the food orders were for my family. I even explained I have the bags, we never took them out, do you want to inspect it and still they refused to acknowledge their mistake! Her response was, «Ok, we will just give it to you because we are so busy.» I’m like are you freaking kidding me??! Fired! On top of that, STILL forgot to give us the nuggets! Had to remind them. Hello, if you didn’t give a customer their food, YOU’RE STEALING!!! You little thief or the Grinch who stole my burger!
Seriously, I know for a fact the company teaches you about excellent customer service! You mess up, own up to it. That’s what pissed me off the most was their lack of responsibility for their actions. Normally, people apologize and just make the customer happy, not a back hand insult when they were wrong and the customer is right.
I would refuse to come back, however my BF loves jack in the box and this is the closest one to our house that is not that busy. I wouldn’t want the chain to have a bad name, but definitely retrain staff or rehire new ones that will have excellent customer service.
I’ve worked in a fast food chain before when I was in high school and this is definitely not how you treat customers! On top of it all I was very nice and calm. I could’ve been cursing and doing WorldStar Hip Hop videos for people to see, but seriously, who has time for that?!
I hope none of you have to experience what my BF and I did.
Merry Christmas! It’s not my fault you had to work. Maybe find a profession you like and are not required to work on Christmas!

i only come for the after 9 pm boxes which is entirely too much food but hey what are you gonna do.

The Jack in the Box at Folsom is a spacious and clean environment. I cashed in on my «2 Free Tacos» Coupon and the cashier was more than happy to take my order. I’ve eaten here on a number of occasions and the service was prompt and the workers were friendly. I would come here again in the near future.

This quiet location always gets the order right and serves food quickly. If you like the chain this is an excellent example of it. However it is sometimes hard to get into the parking lot which is the only real drawback of this location.

Pretty good, ive only been in the drive thru and the service is good and quick.
My order has been correct everytime.

It’s a new Jack in an old fast food restaurant location. The menu and food is the same as all Jack’s. I do like the breakfast burrito and the Ultimate burger.
