This is a chain and like all chains sometimes they’re better than others but the store is fantastic. I’ve had nothing but wonderful advice great service and people who really cared to help solve problems when I dealt with them at the store.
They stand by everything they sell. They’re good about trying to keep your costs down. And, hey there great people and really nice. What more can you ask for?

I have been going here for 3 years now. I was a pool novice when I started going (just bought a home with a pool). The staff here have always been very helpful and courteous and give good advice whenever I ask questions. Overall a very helpful and pleasant place.

Totally agree with Jose A. Customer service is terrible. I quit going there as well. The lady that was working there was terribly rude. Not helpful and a smart ass. The guy there was at the counter and did nothing.

For 17 years I’ve been doing business with All Clear. First, at the Elk Grove store and now at the Florin Road location in Sacramento. Linda runs the Florin Road location and has done a tremendous job at making sure customers are given service allowing them to make informed choices for their pool-​care, and then leave with quality products at a fair price. I give them four starts instead of five only because their weekday hours are limit working people to wait until the weekend to pick up supplies. However, their commitment to a positive customer experience is certain to give the chain stores major competition. Just try to get the guys at the chains to unsolicited, walk your products out to your car and then load them up for you!

Been going here for over the past two years and have to say that I have received very good customer service. Its usually the same younger guy working there but he has been very knowledgeable and has helped me with several pool pump problems that have arisen.

Super crappy customer service. It’s pretty much the same guy there with a «you-​need-​me-​more-​than-​I-​need-​you» attitude. Prices are good so I tried to overlook the guy’s attitude, but today I saw him at his all-​time best so I figured it was time to share. The other thing that bothers me is that the last 2 times I purchased stuff, the register rings up about 10% above what is on the sticker, and every time I ask for him to ring the price showing on the sticker he starts looking at all kinds of papers as to triple check the cause of the difference, meanwhile I have to stand there and wait for his investigation to conclude.
To be fair, I imagine that this guy gets beat up buy smart ass customers all day long and everyone has to take his payback :)
Today was my last day shopping there. I guess it’s back to Leslie’s or the nice guys at Pocket Pools — although their selection is not very good.
