Prompt response and great customer service. I was in a pinch and he was able to see me pretty quickly. He solved the situation and I’ll be looking to him when I’m ready for a more permanent fix.

Called when the temps were high and my system went out. The big name places gave me a 3 day lead time but these guys were here in hours and my system worked again

As you read from others, I finally got the chance to meet this guy because my AC was acting up. Rommel came out ahead of schedule and took care of business… However let me explain.
I own a rental that is occupied by a great old retired couple. When I got the call their AC went out I panic’d as I didn’t want to put this elder couple in physical distress (I’m sure you get what I mean), so I called Rommel.
Rommel, came out two hours earlier than quoted and was extremely nice and respectful in dealing with my old tenants. He made them feel at ease and was able to asses the damage. Instead of charging my 1200 dollars for the parts he was able to find the issue and fixed his bare hands without trying to get me to pay him an absurd amount of money for being desperate to help my tenants.
Don’t waste your time!!! Call this guy, as he’s honest, fair and dependable…

Rommel is awesome. I called him in the morning and he was able to come take a look at my ac unit within 2 hours. He is very helpful and informative. Where do we start with this amazing company — Rommel is a RockStar!!! Yesterday our AC stopped cooling — and yes we are expecting 104 degrees today and 107 tomorrow so this fat man was in distress!!!
Last night I tried everything to get anyone out here to help and the soonest anyone would come is JULY 9^th! Received a FB message from a friend (thank you Stacy) suggesting AllTempMechanical last night, and so I called at 9:00AM this morning and spoke with Rommel, told him my situation and he never hesitated and said he would be at my house by 1030 — by 1130am my fat ass was chill’n comfy on the couch!!!
Rommel was prompt, courteous, helpful and listened to and answered every question my husband asked… (my husband, OH — it’s his birthday) and if you only knew my husband you would understand how amazing Rommel is with his patience and honesty!
Within about 10 minutes of being here, Rommel had figured out what was going on and we had a consultation and he quoted me a price and BOOOM… he had the placement part on his truck, he had our house chilling in what seemed like immediately!
Oh did I say we have 6 tiny dogs? They are hollering if the wind blows, so you can imagine how they act when someone comes over, Rommel never blinked an eye… soon he had them calm and made friends with them all.
In the end, if you can’t tell already we are 110% satisfied with the service we received! I would and will recommend everyone use this company!

We had just bought our house and realized the AC could use a service. Being new to the area, we didn’t know of anyone reliable to call. With some very hot days fast approaching, we were hoping to get someone out ASAP. Everyone we talked to was booked solid for a couple of weeks. We called Rommel with All Temp, and he was out the same day! He serviced and cleaned our AC unit, as well as took the time to explain to us everything he was doing and how we could maintain it. Our AC now runs much more efficient than it did before, and our house feels great! He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will be calling him later in the year to service our heating system, as well as using him in the summers to service our AC again. I highly recommend him! Thank you Rommel!

I had the A/​C at a rental go out and when another company broke their promise to be out the next day All Temp was able to make it out the same day. They were even early to the appointment when they found out my tenant at a young child. The problem was fixed immediately, couldn’t be happier.

Rommel, the technician was the best. He’s very accommodating and showed up at my house in such a short notice. I called him around 3 pm and he showed up at my house around 6. He fixed our AC and now it’s working fine! Thanks Rommel!

I noticed my A/​C wasn’t kicking out cool air, and I had people coming over the next day, so I started scouring Unilocal for someone that would do a good job on a weekend. I gave Rommel a call around 2:00pm on Saturday, he said he could be here at 3:00pm. He arrived promptly, had the problem diagnosed within several minutes, and had the problem fixed within twenty minutes of that. Great service — highly recommend.

Was at my house within 2 hours of my call the evening before Thanksgiving and came back next morning to make repairs. Was very responsive to follow up questions and made some further repairs when other issues arose. Reasonably priced and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Rommel definitely knows his stuff. I was looking for a AC/​heater repair guy on Unilocal and gave All Temp Mechanical a call as he was the only few places that were open on the weekends. Rommel was able to meet me on the same day and after a quick diagnostic he found that my motor was busted and needed to be replaced! Any other company would have to reschedule another time to bring in a new motor and charge me a arm and a leg to get it replaced, but not Rommel. He dashed out to his local vendor and came back in 1 hr with a new motor. Took him another 30 minutes to install the new motor in and he had my AC blasting again! His price was really reasonable too! Definitely a good experience dealing with All Temp and would recommend to anybody looking for quick and reliable service!

I called All Temp Mechanical to get a second opinion on why my AC was not working. The Owner Rommel responded to my house the same day I called. I’m glad I called for that second opinion cause Rommel diagnosis of my unit was entirely different then the first diagnosis I received. Rommel was Professional & Honest which is definitely hard to find whenever calling for any kind of service these days. Had I listened to the first person, who knows what up-​charges he would have rung me up with.

Rommel from All Temp Mechanical was able to come right away when our AC stopped working. he was able to diagnose the problem with just a few looks & explain to me what the problem was. In just a few hours our Vents were blasting cold air again. Thank you All Temp!!! I would recommend for anyone — they know their stuff.
