Do I have to even put 1 star. Stay away!!! I was so desperate as a single mom to 2 kids to get into my own place and came across a property on Craigslist they had for rent. I went on a Saturday and was told to turn my app in on Monday at 9am (per Linda and the hours on the application). I arrived promptly at 9 am only to be told by the man painting the stairs that «she’s on her own time. She nags about everything and is not very prompt or polite.» I called Linda’s cell and was told she wouldn’t be in until 12 pm…3 hours after her time she was supposed to be there!!! I arrived at 1145 and turned in my application when I proceeded to ask how long it would be before I would have an answer. She told me «1 full business day» I waited until 24 hours later and called to check the status where I was told they were just getting to it. I didn’t hear back the day after so I called again and was advised they were waiting for my reference checks for rental history. I called my current and previous landlords and neither had received a phone call or fax. So I gave them another 24 hours (it’s now been 9 days 7 of which were business days and I have called them every single day) and was advised they were still waiting. They have given me this excuse for 9 days and neither of my landlords have heard from them. I looked up the address to see if it was still listed and it’s gone! Instead of bullshitting people who are serious get your heads out of your ass and be honest. The man that runs the apps is brainwashed and doesn’t know how to lie well as he studdered when I asked questions because he wasn’t sure what to say. When I found the listing remover I called to give them a piece of my mind and no one will answer my calls now. Even if you’re desperate as I am don’t give them a dime!

this company is very reliable, and responsible it conducts their business with honesty showing respect for home owner as tenant as well.
I really recommend home owners, investors and any one who needs property management service to hire them.

Don’t waste your time. Worst customer service ever and very unresponsive. They didn’t respond after I turned in my application, and I later saw the craigslist add reposted for $ 100 more/​mo than I applied for. The Ogre lady was the definition of a bitch. Save yourself some time and headache, and keep looking.

Tacky! Rude! Tacky! Ya the old lady shld. Be a Walmart door greeter… I actually live near one of there rentals. I came outside with my daughter to walk my dog and said hello asking if someone is moving inn. She said who are you and what kind of dog is that. I told her she said oh great. She responded saying do I have a realtors license blah blah blah. She jus walked away. I’m jus walking my dog. She is a prude and I wouldn’t waste my time with her. I remember the fence blew down on the other side… it took them 2 weeks to fix it. Oh prop it up with a ²⁄₄. 2 words. Hill billy! Oh ya. Slum lord!

Very rude and unprofessional. I called about a duplex for rent on ²⁄₁₈ @9:38 am only to be told there was an application in process to call back in a couple hours and she would know if it was rented. So i called back 1:02pm the same day she said she was waiting for a deposit and to call back tomorrow. So i called back today ²⁄₁₉ at 10:24am she answered the phone sounding like she was crying or maybe just woke up i asked if this was all point because i thought i dialed the wrong # she again told me i needed to call back in a couple hours. But this time i asked her name «Eliza» i called back several times with no answer. And when she finally answered she rudely said its no longer available. After reading the reviews i think i dodged a bullet. Ill keep looking and run if i see any ads associated with all point.

Horrible. Rude. Unprofessional. Tactless. Old lady. I showed up at an open house on Saturday. I told Linda I was interested and asked what the application process was, she told me to report on Monday to the rental office as it was first come first serve.
I showed up at 8am determined to rent the place. The office opens at 9am. The clock struck 9, no body was inside the office, I called and left messages, nobody answered. Finally 9:45am I called Linda’s cell, she told me she doesn’t come in until 10am, but doesn’t know if anyone else is coming in. I told her I saw her at the open house and she had instructed me to report to the office. She told me she’s not coming in until 10 and don’t know if anyone else would be either since it’s a Holiday (President’s Day). I don’t care if anyone else is going to be working, all I want to find out is if Linda can process the paperwork. She said she will be in at 10am and had to go because she had another call. So she hung up on me, and didn’t even answer my question. But since I really really wanted the property I waited.
Linda arrives around 10:15am. I told her the property I was interested in, she tells me she’ll have to go through the drop off apps first. I’m like wtf, if she was going through the drop off apps first, then what was the point of instructing me to report to the office. Not only that, as we waited in the car a lady dropped off her app and she came in after us, but according to Linda drop off apps are eligible first. The dumbest shyt ever. If that was the case I would have dropped off my app that same day on Saturday. Not only that but there was no rhyme or reason how the drop off apps were selected. Anyways, turned out the two drop off apps were for a diff property so I was the first in line. I gave her $ 25 for the application fee, but she wanted another $ 25 for my roommate who was also staying there. I qualified by myself, so I didn’t need my roommate, but Linda gave an example «that if four med students went to med school they would all have to pay individually» it’s like bytch I don’t need you to speak to me in 3^rd grade and your example suck because I’m not applying for med school. And it clearly states on the application that it’s 2 adults per application and each app is $ 25 therefore, it would be $ 25 per app, not per person. But Linda kept repeating her med student example so I told her I was no longer interested because she is wasting my time.
I should have ripped my app in front of her because I made 7x the income and she lost a great potential tenant, but no Linda thinks she owns the property she is trying to rent out for the real owners and the owners have no clue (sigh) Linda is misrepresenting owner’s property and I hope they find a different property management. Instead of being called ALLPOINT, it should be ALLWRONG.

Statement: On 9÷16÷14 I contacted AllPoint Properties regarding a rental unit at 1731 O Street Sacramento CA. An agent told me the unit was available for immediate move in and that I could submit an application. At 2pm on 9÷16÷14 I submitted an application and paid the rental application fee along with a copy of my drivers license and paystubs. I have good credit and good rental history. On 9÷17÷14 at 1:47pm I contacted the listed phone number 916 266‑1427 and to check the status of my application. On 9÷18÷14 I again contacted the office by email. An agent called me and told me they were not going to accept my application and that I could pick up my application fee if I signed a document. She said the are rejecting my application because they had other applicants with a better credit score. I asked the agent to send me a copy of my credit report. I sent an email to the office requesting a copy of my credit score. I don’t know how they retrieved my credit score if my application wasn’t processed and to confirm that my application fee was going to be returned. No one has responded. Someone else contacted the listed phone number to inquire about the rental and she was told she could view the rental on Saturday 9÷20÷14 between 1 and 1:30 I have a copy of a craigslist advertising. The rental unit was posted online at 5:12pm on 9÷18÷14. However at 1:30pm on 9÷18÷14 I was told the unit was going to be rented by someone with a higher credit score and that’s why my application wasn’t processed.
(I was told they already had an application of someone with a higher credit score so I am confused as to why the ad was reposted after I was told they had someone.)

My husband and I have been renting from Allponit Properties for years, We couldn’t be more happier with our choice to rent from Allponit Properties, Linda the property management is awesome along with her assistant Elyza anytime any maintenance needs to be done around the house there on it along with grate communication between each other for anything.

I had a very bad experience with All Point Properties, it is unpleasant and complete lack of communication amongst staff, and untruthful overall. When I asked to speak to an owner I was told I was speaking to one which was a complete disappointment.

Do not attempt to rent from this place! They are scammers and a nightmare to deal with. They will take your application fee, claim they can’t get a hold of your current property manager for a reference check, and then repost an ad online for the same apartment you are trying to rent. They are the worst property manager in Midtown Sac I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

We applied for an apartment with them and it took them 3 days to get back to us even after we called after two days of submission. They called me on the third day to tell us our application was not accepted and said we can pick up our application fee we paid. I thought for a second, «oh, that’s nice they are at least giving that back to us.» When my boyfriend went to pick up the money, he was rudely greeted by an old lady, from reviews it seems her name is Laura. He asked her why we didn’t qualify and she said that by law they cannot discuss this information. He asked her again, but added that he was just looking for application tips to make him seem like a more qualified applicant. This time she questioned the legitimacy of his business, questioned the amount of money we had in our accounts (as if we acquired it illegally) and showed him the door.
The reason they gave us the application fee back is because they didn’t process the applications. It was quite obvious this old lady didn’t feel the need to. She treated my clean cut, buttoned-​up-​collared-​shirt-​wearing boyfriend like a drug dealer!
I would’ve preferred that she didn’t give us the app. fee back and actually processed the applications like a respectable business should.

So here is their scheme: They accept multiple applications and charge all of the applicants immediately. Then, they submit only one application to the owner and proceed to come up with absurd reasons for why the other applicants were denied. A fine lady named Linda takes care of this part. After all of the wasted time and money on behalf of the applicants, Allpoint walks away with a ton of application fees and a dirty conscience.
Hey Linda, here’s a hint on ethical behavior: Try a first come, first served policy. Charge one applicant at a time and extend an offer to the first person who qualifies. And stop fu$#ing people over in their already-​stressful housing search.

I rented from them and they are awful. They do not fix anything in a timely manner and never answer their phones. It would take me forever to get in contact with anyone and even more time to get them to fix anything. Their emergency number is never even answered. Worst property managers I have ever had.

Worst company ever. I am a young college student trying to rent a simple $ 500 a month month-​to-​month apartment from them. I got my grandmother, who makes over $ 4000 a month and has a credit score of over 800, to cosign for me. We both went into the office and spoke with Elyza (the short fat one that looks like an Ogre). We went over the entire application process with her, and we left to get the required information and fill out our applications.
I had just gotten a new job and found out I wouldn’t be getting a pay stub for another week. So I called Elyza to try to ask about this, but I couldn’t get her to return my calls. Finally, I just turned in my application without my income information (with a note explaining why). My cosigner provided her information and easily made enough to make up for mine. But I wrote in the letter that I attached in the application to please contact me asap if the application couldn’t be processed that way. I explained to them I really needed to move in 2 weeks so I would need to hear from them asap.
I dropped my application off in the drop box late Monday night. So they got the application Tuesday morning. I waited by my phone for 2 days and didn’t hear from them. Finally I called them Thursday morning. I didn’t hear from her all day and called again Thursday evening, still nothing.
Finally I hear from the property manager on Friday, she said since I haven’t seen the apartment yet, she can’t process my application. Problem-​I had seen the apartment already. And had she called me on Tuesday, I could have told her this and my application could have already been processed. She also could have mentioned that was part of the procedure when I went into the office to inquire about the procedure. I would have been able to tell her then that I has already been inside the place.
I told her I had already seen it and she said she would go ahead and start processing my application. Great (I thought).
Monday comes around and I call her in the morning. She tells me that they held an open house over the weekend and received another application.
Elyza the Ogre told me that they would choose whoever was most qualified. This seemed fine because a cosigner’s information is supposed to substitute your own and mine was very much overqualified for the place.
Anyway, she said she’d have an answer by later that day. She finally called me and told me they accepted the other person.
I went into the office to discuss this with them.
I wanted to know why they waited 4 days to even call me, but this other person turned in an application that got processed right away.
Elyza told me she didn’t receive my application until Wednesday. Which means she didn’t even bother to check the application drop off box on Tuesday, it was in there all day.
Then Elyza told me that she couldn’t process my application because it wasn’t complete, but that they did run my credit check.
If my application wasn’t complete and couldn’t be processed:
#1– Why didn’t she called me Tuesday/​Wednesday when she received it to let me know?
#2– Why didn’t she return my calls Thursday when I tried to ask about it?
#3– Why didn’t she mention it was incomplete on Friday when we spoke on the phone and she said they only hold-​up was that I hadn’t seen it and she said she would begin processing?
#4– If my application was incomplete, thus making it impossible for them to accept me as a renter, why did they run my credit check?
They also refused to give me back my original application with all of my personal information on it and they refused to shred it in front of me, although they tried to assure me they’ll shred it by themselves later.
This company is up to something shady. I don’t know if they’re discriminating against being young and needing a cosigner, or if they are stealing credit check money and social security numbers but don’t bother trying to rent from them!
They never had any answers as to why they did what they did, and kicked me out of the office for trying to get some answers.
This company is very unprofessional, the office is just an old house with 2 desks and 2 frumpy, unprofessional, disrespectful woman work there. Mother and daughter I think.
You will get screwed and possible have your identity stolen.
