I used this company for a year or two. I called to reschedule the day the person comes to my home and I was greeted by a very snotty and rude woman named Tammy. I asked for a manager and she informed me that he was off and would be back on Monday. In the meantime they sent someone to my backyard without my permission to pick up some traps while I was gone. On Monday the manager called and told me that Tammy had worked for him for a very long time and that they no longer wished to do business with me. I wasn’t rude and I don’t like being treated like they are doing me a favor. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

I’ve been with Apex for 13 years! they have been good to us. Anytime we’ve had issues with bugs they come out free of charge. I once had the pest tech break a faucet with his hose He tried to fix it on the spot. After not having any luck in fixing it, he(the company, of course) hired a professional to come out and fix the problem. It was fixed better than before. Our first tech was so nice and friendly. Our second tech is also a great guy. I’ve referred them to four homeowners and they are all happy. They have not had any problems whatsoever. I highly recommend this pest company. I’m one happy customer.

You get the basics, spray around the house, quick spray inside. You pay $ 68 every other month or =$ 34 a month. They come every other month unless you call for an appt in the off month. They do not go in attic for any rodents, etc. There are way better pest control companies that do a better job. When I cancelled they didn’t ask why, how can we keep your business. I knew it was the right decision at that point to drop apex.

I guess since I’m always so quick to destroy someone when they do a terrible job then I should get on here and give props to those that treat you right. I have never had a bad experience with this company. When I call them, they treat me well. They are fast to answer the phone, they send someone out when you need them and they have taken care of me in special situations on more than one occasion. What else do you want?

I have been using Apex Pest Control since 2004. They have always been excellent. I recently found a nest of carpenter bees in my fence. Ulices(our regular tech) came by yesterday for the standard treatment. I showed him the nest and he went to work. He did several treatments with different chemicals and neutralized the nest that was inside a fence board. He then came back at the end of the day to re-treat just to make sure he didn’t miss anything. No more carpenter bees! Everyone I’ve met from Apex has been super knowledgeable about their work and very friendly. A+

I want to share my experience with others, who might benefit from what I learned about this company during my brief phone initial phone conversation. It went like this: Hi, my name is Marion and I may have a seen several bugs in my bathroom and am wondering if I may need to get this checked out, can you advice me? Yes ma’m, we can do a bi-monthly service based on a contract for one year. I replied: I am not even sure I have a problem and you are already upselling me to a contract after one minute on the phone with me, I may not even have a problem, what’s up with that. Reply: well, that’s the only way we do it here. I double checked with the manager on this, his name is Brent, he also stated that no, they won’t even come out to check things out unless I purchase a contract, after I told him that I would have appreciated an initual evaluation and estimate, he said: «We are glad that you are not a customer with us.» Draw your own conclusions on whether you want to do business with someone like that. I don’t.
