I hv been a loyal ATT customer for 20 long years… since my HS years(geez i feel old) Lol! Anyway this is best ATT corporate store around! The entire staff is always helpful & greets you with a warm smile! most importantly i just wanted to say THANKYOULILA for ALWAYS providing EXCELLENTCUSTOMER service, going over & beyond to make sure i get the best deal & ensuring i am 110% satisfied with my purchase. I went in there today looking to get a new iphone because once again it suffered water damage for the 25th time lol! I was also on a time crunch because i had 15 minutes to pick up my kids from school. Not only did she quickly get me in & out on time to get my kids, i left with a new UPGRADED iphone 6s, a DISCOUNTED tempered glass screen protector AND a GREATDEAL on an ipad mini because i had AT&T u-verse home internet service! THANKSLILA u are the true meaning of EXCELLENTCUSTOMERSERVICE! Also big thanks to RICO for helping Lila set up my new iphone while she was quickly working on the«old school» computer(inside joke) to process my purchase & look for any discounts she can possibly give me to help me save $$! And thanks to the OTHERSALESREP(i didnt catch his name… tall white male w/glasses) for recommending a different wireless talk & data plan to save me $$$ by preventing my daughter from going over her data usage. i would definitely recommend this ATT store for any of you wireless needs!

Customer service doesn’t exist here… The manager that was helping me couldn’t put down his phone that he was texting on so he could fully answer my questions. I thought it was pretty rude so I just walked out. I would rather drive somewhere else to get better service. This place is a joke! It’s not like it’s a busy location where people have to take numbers and wait… Put your phone down and stop texting your hood rat gf so you could help a customer.

AT&T’s business practices need to be investigated by the better business bureau or the consumer fraud division at the District Attorney’s Office. Calling 4 times to have my service disconnected should be more than enough. Apparently for AT&T, it is not. I am still waiting for my bill to be corrected. It is very easy to sign up for AT&T. Discontinuing their service is exact opposite. I would do everything you can to avoid signing up with AT&T. I wish I could rate them with zero stars.
