Best Chicken Tikka Masala in Natomas. If you are trying to decide which Indian food place is best in the area, I highly recommend Curry Corner. If you are huge on engaging customer service from staff then you may be disappointed.

Food was pretty good. However I will not be back. I was there with 12 people and I paid the tab. I asked for a frequent diner punchcard which a lot of these places have. I was handed a frequent diner card with one stamp. When I reminded her that I paid for 12 people; I was told I only get one stamp??? Really, I chose to bring 12 people to you and paid in full. This is the equivalent to me eating there 12 times on different days alone. I Was considering making this a regular meeting place. Will not repeat. Very annoying. I should mention that I have made similar arrangements at other Indian buffets and have never encountered this. What a shame.

We were in the Natomas area one Saturday, and had the taste for Indian food. I looked up on Unilocal for a restaurant near by. We found the Curry Corner. When we arrived, there were not that many people in the restaurant, and it was lunch time. But our tummies were growling so we decided to stay anyways. The aroma was wonderful!!! I could smell all the spices drifting around the restaurant! They have a buffet, so we decided for the buffet. We grabbed a plate and began walking and serving ourselves. I noticed that several of the foods looked like they has been there for a while. Yup, I was right!!! The deep fried items were a bit hard and stale. However there were several dishes that were quite yummy!!! I found the Chana Masala to be a bit spicy for me, I had to add the creamy dishes to the Chana Masala to soften the heat. They serve hot Naan with your meal, this was delicious!!! We had several orders of their Naan!!! I do not think we will return to this restaurant again :(I was a bit disappointed. I love Indian food but this place was a so, so place. Sorry Curry Corner.

Who knew curry was so good?!? The first time I came to this place, I came back at least 3 to 4 times a wk for a month! I have been to maybe 3 other curry places since and none can compare to this place. This is, hands down, my favorite curry place. Thank goodness it’s only around the corner from where I live!

My choice for a Indian/Pakistani food for a quick fix. Family owned and they are pleasant — The Naan is awesomely fresh — Chicken Korma is my favorite, and lamb curry . i go here once every 2 weeks for sure …

Food is good… Favorite is Chicken Marsala… sometimes buffet needs to be cleaned and filled up. Service…2−3 stars… sometimes OK… Sometimes not… I stood there for a while before being acknowledge or greeted.

If you’re trying to decide between India Oven and Curry Corner, do yourself a favor and go to the Corner. It’s cheaper, the food’s better, and seems more authentic. India Oven is overrated IMO. The Chili Chicken is great. The Saag is good. I don’t normally venture outside of those two. Nice family run business. I’m glad to support.

Only thing fresh you’ll find here is the nan bread. Ordered Togo food and got microwaved chicken biryani and the leftover buffet food… Never eating here again. The place used to make fresh food when ordered… I guess the owner became lazy. Chaat Café always make fresh food when ordered. I will be going there from now on.

Lunch buffet(11:00pm-3:00pm) — $ 8.99 Dinner Buffet(4:30pm-10:00pm) — $ 11.99 All drinks included After looking at the reviews for this place, I came here for the lunch buffet with my roommates and was pretty content with the food. The garlic naan, butter Chicken curry, chicken Karachi, Chilli chicken, and tandoori chicken legs were very tasty and flavorful. However, I [and my Indian roommate] was somewhat disappointed by the saag since it was a lot blander than any I’ve tried before. On the up side, curry corner had a good selection of extra sides(potato patties, fried fritters, pakora, Raitha(yogurt with cucumber &carrot), a mini salad bar etc). They also had gulab jamun(fried sugar dough balls and gajar halwa(carrot dessert) which were a nice way to end the meal. Service was mediocre since they only came to take plates and fill water after we asked first. I would come again since it is definitely worth the price, but skip out on the saag next time!

Have been going to curry corner for a few years now. Really nice people at the restaurants including the cooks who are always smiling. Had the catering services for a party and everyone loved the food. Rashika

Great food. Super friendly staff. Everything you want and nothing you don’t. There are a couple of other nearby choices but this is the one that I’ve settled on.

First off, get the garlic naan, it’s delicious and goes well with everything they have. The butter chicken is melt in your mouth delicious and the fish pakora is perfectly crispy. If you want to try out something new please treat yourself to Curry Corner!

Curry and Naan is good but I had a hair in my food. :/Service was excellent. Had the buffet but the food didn’t seem that fresh(I know it’s a buffet but the food wasn’t hot until the manager came in to turn the burners on lol). The dessert burner was off and the doughballs were just soaking in syrup for hours. The food labels didn’t have a description so you don’t know what you’re eating.

I’m no Indian food connoisseur but this place is always good! The nan is fresh and warm, the meat isn’t over cooked(usually) and the sauces are flavorful and taste authentic.

Lived in Natomas for 5 years and finally decided to try it on a Friday night! It was pouring rain and really windy so we thought lets go eat something that will warn us up! When we entered, we were greeted right away and decided to do the Buffet. It was an open kitchen so you can see the chefs cooking and preparing food! Even if you decide to eat the buffet, you can still order off the menu! As for the buffet, they have a wide variety… Butter chicken curry, chili chicken curry, and even a goat curry! Since I am not really a fan of spicy food, I stuck to the butter chicken because it was very mild! The butter chicken was really good, full of flavor, chicken was moist, sauce went well with the rice! Also, the garlic naan was really good! Went great with the gravy! As for drinks, order a mango lassi which was really good and goes good with spicy food!!! The employees there seem cool. The one that I noticed was wearing a superman shirt and he worked hard! He played host, took orders, served food and drinks! Props to superman! Would we come back… Probably but you have to be in the mood for it…

Outstanding lunch buffet. The veggie dishes were perfectly spiced and the flavors were bold. Of course the butter chicken and the tandoori were yummy! But what stood out to my dad and I was the kofta, I had to google it lol. Their version of a meatball. Amazing! Went around opening on a Friday and everything was freshly made. They bring out naan too, with your choice of regular or garlic! And they have a jug of chai tea(my fave) This was my second Indian buffet experience and it was even better than my first one at India oven. It’s a couple bucks cheaper and the quality is outstanding. There may be fewer options compared to India oven but the quality is better and everything is a bit spicier, which I loved. The guys working were all awesome. Kept refilling our waters and taking our plates away. Also, a plus, they allow you to come in and get a buffet plate to go. I think that’s awesome if you’re pressed for time! Only thing I would like to see is descriptions of what the foods are because I’m a newbie and only knew what tandoori and butter chicken were. TL;DR: high quality Indian dishes, perfectly spiced, great service, and cheap! I will most definitely be back.

The food is excellent. The restaurant is not much to look at and it is buried in a strip mall in Natomas, but man they cooked up some of the best Indian/Pakistani food I have had. We had the Chicken Makhani($ 11) and the Navrattan Curry($ 9). Large portions which we ended up taking home. Leftovers were gone the next day. Good spice and heat level. I will return!
