First time here yesterday and it was amazing! Customer service was impeccable. I had called ahead to see if they were busy and was told they weren’t. When I arrived there were a couple people waiting. After Balba finished the lady in her chair she asked me to be next because she had just spoken with me on the phone and told me they weren’t busy. I was so surprised and taken back by her great customer service! She was very soft spoken and kind and kept conversation with me the whole time. I will definitely be coming back and become a regular here!

This place is amazing! There are so nice and it’s clean and bright! The women doing my eyebrows sounded like she knew what she was doing and did them so much faster than any other place I’ve been to. I got the shape I wanted and enjoyed getting them done this place is really 5 stars!

I wanted to get my eyebrows threaded but didn’t want to drive far to do it. After reading the reviews here I decided to give it a try. I walked right in, there wasn’t a wait and the owner was nice and friendly and talkative. She did one eyebrow and asked me if I liked it and I did. After finishing my eyebrows she showed me what she did and why. I have a small scar on one eyebrow so she left some hair to help it look more filled in which is perfect since I darken them. I will definitely be going back. Close to my house and awesome! Two thumbs way up!

I came in a couple weeks ago and Balbir did a great job! I am trying to grow my eyebrows out but wanted them cleaned up a bit, and she did exactly what I asked. She is also very sweet and I was very pleased with my experience.

I tried eyebrow threading once many years ago in Chicago. This experience was so painful that I never tried it again until today! The experience I had today was an entirely different. The owner Balbier was super sweet, made me feel welcome and did an excellent job! Did I mention it was nearly painless!!! I will never wax again!

The owner is beyond nice she threaded my eyebrows and lip she gave me advice on how to get the shape and grow the way i want i will return here my honest opinion is tgat she is under priced i payed 8 for eyebrows and 4 for my lip then i used the check in on Unilocal and got 2 $ off 10 is cheaper than waxing anywhere for both you just cant beat it

Balbir is amazing! I have been getting my eyebrows threaded by her for years now, and she is the only person i ever go to. She is very skilled and her threading is as painless as can be. Every time I get my eyebrows done by her, I feel great!
I was very excited when she opened her own shop, and it is a nice, clean atmosphere.
I highly recommend checking this place out.

If you have never tried Threading and are courious, I highly recommend Bala on Antelope in Citrus Heights. I was very nervous on my first visit, I have heard that it can hurt, but rest assured, your are in good hands with Bala, she does an amazing job, not to mention there is a rewards card… I have completely stopped waxing and tweezing… Threading at Bala os the way to go…

I recently found Balbir after being a regular at Beauty by Thread when she was there but thank god for Unilocal because I have found her once again. I’m super happy about getting my eyebrows done by her because she knows exactly what I want and always leaves them looking perfect. The shop is beautiful and clean. Would recommend everyone to come out her and her her magic touch. She won’t disappoint :)

I have been to so many threading places in my life and I finally found the one! I have heavy facial hair (shhhh) and Bala is extremely skilled in removing it! My eyebrows have never looked better, either… she has a great attention to detail and makes me feel comfortable. Her place is clean and orderly with just the right amount of privacy! I will continue to drive all the way out here for this amazing lady and consistent results.

Extremely happy i found this place! It’s tucked away in a quiet shopping center in antelope but it is so cute! Balbir is a wonderful lady! She is so sweet and does such a great job! I can’t wait to see what design she will do next time i come in for henna… which will be soon!

Just got my eyebrows & lip threaded here, and I highly recommend this place! First of all, when I walked in, Bala gave me such a warm, welcoming smile that I knew I would be enjoying my experience here. She proceeded to engage in polite, warm chit-​chat as she directed me to a chair & got me situated.
The threading experience itself was divine. I mean I don’t know how plucking a bunch of tiny hairs out of my face could be relaxing, but it was! Bala was very gentle, and this was probably one of the most gentlest and enjoyable threading experiences I’ve ever had.
I like to keep my brows natural and clean, and she did a fabulous job! After she was done she applied some cooling gel, with a tiny massage which also felt great.
And the damage done for eyebrows & upper lip? Only $ 12! I’m recommend Bala to everyone I know, and I’ll definitely be back!
