Easily the most amazing place I’ve ever been to in my entire my life. Okay, not really but still so good. I love this place.

I ventured into BWW on a Tuesday when Harrison, my waiter, gave me the best service I’ve ever received in a restaurant in Sacramento. He was attentive, always coming by to fill my lemonade, brought extra sauce without me asking, and even engaged in a friendly conversation. Long shory stort Harrison was dope. Hands down dopest dope. The food was«eh» though.

I want start by saying I will NEVER step foot in this establishment and I will commit to making sure everyone I know in Sacramento will never spend a dime here. Our server Danielle(short haired black girl) came to us ready to give us the whole spill about BWW. I told her«we’ve been here before and we are all ready to order» we ordered wings and 2 tall beers. I gave my order hoping to make sure to give her all the info, so she didn’t have to keep coming back and forth. She put in our order, when boyfriend said«you forgot to tell her all flats». I was mortified to tell her because we tried so hard to get the order right the first time and I said to boyfriend«I have to tip her good for the inconvenience». As she walked back towards us I said«you’re gonna be upset at me, can I make that all flats please». Well let me tell you, she had no problems letting me know she was inconvenienced because of her attitude she gave me. She responded by letting me know she already placed the order and next time I need to let the server know in the beginning of placing my order. Of course, I was rubbed the wrong way and slightly upset of the attitude she gave. We continued to watch the soccer game and I turned my head to see other baseball games that where on the other screens. I saw Danielle walking towards us talking to another young gentleman(short haired black with a grayish uniform). I’ve worked in retail for 10 years and I can tell she was still peeved about the request for the flats by the way the dude looked at us in an annoyed manner. As they parted ways in the middle of the floor he said something to the effect of, «I’m telling you,» or «I told you.» Something like that, but he made sure I heard it. We took some sips from our beers and watched more of the game. I made the comment, «these wings are taking long» and as soon as that was said the wings came. And guess what… THEYWEREALLDRUMSTICKS.(Boyfriend later told me that he asked the server who brought out our wings«does the chicken get thrown in randomly?» he said«yes», the server then looks at the wings and says these are all drum sticks” boyfriend then asked«did someone order all drum sticks?» the server then replied«yes». He said he would fix it but I was done at this point.) Now I feel like this was done on purpose. I get up and I find a small crowd of workers and I ask a young lady«what is your managers name?» she said«Kevin». I asked may I speak to Kevin and she pointed to the same gentlemen who was talking with Danielle, he was sitting right in front of me on his phone, he remained on his phone and did not acknowledge me, because while I’m asking for a manager he never looked up, while me asking his name, he never looked up, until I said«Kevin are we going to have a problem?». His response was, «Who are you !?» He looked to his right and asked his co-worker, «who is she?!». I responded, «I’m a customer». He said, «ok well, who are you? Introduce yourself to me then». WTF? I didn’t respond, went back to my table and told boyfriend, «lets go, we are leaving». I walked right over to the bar and said to the first bar tender I saw and said, «I’m upset and want to leave, I need to close out my bar tab, I had a Lagunitas and a Not Your Father’s Root beer». She looked at me like«what do I do» and said, «I don’t know what tab you had». So I said again, «I’m upset and would like to leave but I need to close my table, please close my tab». She walked away and never returned to help. There was another bartender and I saw her calling Kevin’s name asking him to come here, a few times I might add. «Please don’t call him over here, all I want to do is close my tab and leave». She came up to me and said, «I don’t know whats going on but my name is Emily and I can help you.» I told her what I ordered as I held $ 100 bill in my hand and I was shaking I was so upset. She said«Do you trust me to take your hundred dollar bill», I said yes. She came back with my receipt and $ 100 broken down, I gave her my money I owed and as she gave me change I asked if there was another manager on duty. She explained that Kevin was the only manager on the floor at that time. I said, «what is your GM’s name,» she politely gave it to me and told me to grab the info at the from desk. Emily stepped to the plate when that wasn’t even her job to do, Emily needs to have Kevin’s job. To Danielle and Kevin, How dare you treat me this way over some FLATS ?! We were the only black folks in that whole place and you were the only black folks(that i saw at the time) to be working and you treat us that way. What a shame and I am extremely saddened that you would act in such a manner. How do you treat your own people so bad and expect others to treat us any different? I am conflicted because you proved to be the stereotype that everyone thinks you are. If this was all over FLATWINGS, then you BOTH don’t need a job. I WILLMAKEITMYDUTYTOMAKESUREEVERYONE I KNOWNEVERCOMESHERE !

Stars based off of service not wings. The wings are very good! But possibly the worst service I have ever gotten. First off it was a beautiful and warm night and the outdoor patio was closed. Very disappointing. Our service was slow and we were unattended. I don’t know if they were understaffed or we just got a bad server. But I saw other servers just standing around and she never apologized for not being around. I was especially mad because we went for my sisters birthday, even had flowers and a birthday balloon on the table and we even tried to ask the server if they had candles when we ordered dessert and as we were talking to her she just left the table, she just wasn’t paying attention. So we figured well maybe they don’t do anything for birthdays and not but 5 minutes later they did this big birthday song for someone else. It’s one thing she ignored us while talking, another that she is so unobservant that she can’t see the birthday balloon. Never got refills on water. Dessert came out 10 minutes apart from each other. Overall disappointing. We normally go to the one in Citrus Heights and that service is so much better. Never really had a good experience at this one.

Did they change management?! I have been here several times as its close to my house however the last two times I went I felt like the food looked and tasted different not to mention the portions were a lot smaller than usual. I did a take out order about a month ago and got the large boneless wings. I kid you not the chicken nuggets from McDonald’s are bigger than the wings we got. I almost wanted to call and complain but I’ve ordered that before and a lot more food. Anyway we went in a few weeks ago to see if it was just a fluke but no! We ordered the same thing and it was the smallest wings I’ve ever seen! And not to mention the carrot sticks were the round ones from the grocery store. I get if your trying to cut cost but they are doing it the wrong way. Probably won’t go anymore due to small portions and over priced food!

(This review is based on three separate visits). These guys really know how to treat people! Usually when we go watch a game at a place, you have to get the attention of the server and sometimes even feel like you should leave soon. NOTHERE! There make everyone feels at home, always check up on you(and not during a crucial part of the game) and always are looking for ways to make sure you have what you need! Great Job BWW!

This is one of my favorite places to get wings and drinks. There is happy hours at the bar for drinks and appetizers during specific times. There is so many flavors to choose from for your wings. My favorites and must orders are the mango habanero, blazzin(the hottest wings on the menu), and honey bbq. There is plenty to choose from you can also mix sauces as well. There are different rubs for the wings too. The flavors for the wings are very flavorful and the sizes of the wings are a good size too.

1. Recent 4−25−16 Reasons for being 1. management especially at night is TERRIBLE I spoke to the same manager twice and still nothing has changed from before his name is kevin usually works at night and says the same excuse every time & I believe he slept with a co worker there . 2. Waiters /waitresses are still very rude and slow 3. They have not even delivered a simple apple juice the whole time I was there . 2. 1 stOccurrence(though I have been here before prior) Poor service, slow waiters, was waiting for a while to just get a to go box and my check she ends up just only coming by once to say«doing ok «and leaves quickly. Then minutes later only serves a water cup and doesn’t ask how we’re doing. It was a sharks game on but none the less poor service.

I LOVE their boneless wings & appetizers such as fried pickles. I will continue coming here… BUT…there are a thing or two they could work on. Service ALWAYSSUCKS at this particular location! Don’t be in a rush to leave when you come to eat. There’s 1 server who works there, & he has made it worth while when we’ve had him. I can’t remember his name, but he definitely had a personality compared to the others. There’s 1 waitress who speaks so softly, & you can barely hear her b/c it’s so loud in there. Atmosphere is awesome especially if you like watching sports.

Always a good experience, but it’d be nice once they stop advertising things they don’t have(I.e. REDD’S STRAWBERRYALE). Service is great and will continue to come back.

It feels sooooo good to come into a Buffalo Wild Wings where the music isn’t so loud you can’t hear anyone talking. It makes eating wings so much better. It’s 1:33am and I’m writing this review because I got super hungry and I have nothing to do while I wait for the food. We came in and sat ourselves at the bar(open seating after a certain hour) and we were helped immediately by Jessica. She was really nice and brought us our drinks quickly, usually we have to wait foreverrrrr. Our food came out in about 10 – 15 mins which is expected, I don’t prefer raw chicken. The design of this BWW is really nice, especially on the outside. And as usually the chicken great and the overall experience was too!

Came in to visit the neighborhood Buffalo Wild Wings located off the freeway at Truxel and Interstate 80 for a late night cap. Staff was fairly prompt and friendly to direct us to a table near the bar where our group was already seated. We were helped by Lynette who wasn’t too busy and attentive to our table. Drink order was taken and delivered quick and correct by the staff. Food order was taken as she answered questions and described the differences in spice levels. Drinks were completed and waitress was aware to get beverages refilled. Beverages and food arrived on time. Food was hot and flavors were on point. Accompaniments of celery and dressing were balanced well. Our meal was completed in a timely, friendly, and on point. Good: decent food and service. Bad: nothing spectacular for this chain of wing and American restaurant, and wings are a little pricy. Overall okay experience nothing horribly bad this trip.

Never really liked Buffalo Wild Wings. Have only been to a location in Stockton and just didn’t like the food. This occasion a few friends wanted to visit for a small girls night I didn’t want to drive all the way to natomas based on the service reviews but I did anyway. I’m not sure if there was a management change, or we caught them on a good night but everything from start to finish was great. From walking in and being greeted and told that I was free to search for my party. Actually being offered a drink promptly after finding my party and sitting. Our server was awesome for checking to see which cocktails he was able to make special for me. We were even the annoying group that switched tables after ordering drinks and had them push tables together for us. They had no problem going the distance to make us happy. The manager came out even offered a phone charger for my friend. We were very annoying asking questions and just having random conversation with the staff enjoying and not once did they huff or puff about our requests. The food not so great, I don’t think I’m big of a sauce person on my wings and if dry I don’t want to salty. They have other foods I can try, I will probably be back to try different food just because their service was outstanding. I wish I remember all the guys names and girl that help us last night.

I work at the mall so waiting 11am to order a pick up is always the best on their chicken wings deal. I can’t remember if it’s Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. I always have this lady pick up my phone call when I order at 11am and she’s excellent with my order. I’ve been ordering the same thing every week for almost 5 months and the lady knew exactly what i wanted when she heard my voice. I may have to catch her name one day if she’s still employed I haven’t seen her since 2014… but anyways the food is great… love the sauce… every time I eat their wings I get a slight headache. I’ve told my coworkers this before and they said it happens to them too. I’ve always wondered why every time I eat BWW I get a headache… so now I eat their appetizers instead of their wings. I love the appetizers though!

Let’s get wingin’! On 1÷26÷2016, I decided to dine in at this national chicken wings restaurant called: «Buffalo Wild Wings.» This place has it all besides their popular wings; they have salads, mixed drinks, beers, appetizers, and many more! As I entered their doors after it opened it’s business hours, the atmosphere and the concept is very divey sports bar feel with tons of HDTVs which it surrounds the whole room, so you can watch any sports programs all in one, whole room. Of course, this place can be busy during the weekends especially their Tuesday wings specials too. The employees are doing a great job for making the customers like me a very enjoyable service. The servers: Sara and Jessyka are very helpful for me by demonstrating and sampling various of sauces and spices especially menu choices before ordering. Not a bad method at all. Now onto the food! I ordered and redeemed my free snack sized standard chicken wings with my sauce choice: the Asian Zing, and French Fries(in separate order.) As I take my first bite of this seasoned wings, it tasted remarkably good! I can feel the spice of that Asian Zing sauce easier to make it a tangy taste! The chicken wings cooked very well, so I can finished an entire snack sized basket. The fries tasted alright for me. In a best tasting ways; I can dipped my fries for my selected sauce samples to try. Simply a great mini lunch meal! There’s plenty of parking spaces available, so you can park anywhere you want near or far. In the end, Buffalo Wild Wings is the coolest national chicken wings restaurant/bar that I’ve ever visited for the first time! I’ll come back for more wingin’ excitements! A worthy visit! My rating: 4 solid stars.

I’m a Wingstop guy and have not traditionally been a fan of Buffalo WIld Wings, but today my experience at the Natomas location was nearly perfect… from certain aspects. I was in Natomas for a meeting and couldn’t decide what to eat. For some reason wings were calling to me so I stopped in the Buffalo WIld Wings. The Natomas location is spacious with plenty of room to sit and relax. I sat at the bar as I was just by myself. The bartender Erica immediately came up to me and asked how I was and what I’d like to drink. After getting a Pepsi I asked her what she recommended in terms of the chicken wings. She said the salt and vinegar/spicy garlic were her favorites so I went with that. The wings are large and plump with some very flavorful sauces on them. I was definitely impressed with the flavor. If you like your wings with a good amount of meat, this is the place to go. The wings here are larger than those at WingStop. I personally actually prefer the smaller wings there so in terms of wing to wing comparison for me, WingStop comes out on top. But I’m sure many will enjoy the ones here at Buffalo Wild Wings. The food aside, I just have to say that I felt very welcome at Buffalo WIld WIngs. Erica, of course, was great, but the other staff were also very friendly. It felt great just to be at the restaurant. And to me, that’s definitely worth a good amount in my book. Though I do prefer WingStop, I’d happily frequent this location when I’m in Natomas.

The good, bad and ugly. That is the best way to describe this Natomas Haunt. First the good. Four pals and I visited this spot last Friday night after the Kings game at nearby Sleep Train Arena. Sacramento and the surrounding areas, being a place with few decent dining options after 10 p.m. even on a Friday night, was the closest, most central dining option short of going to Midtown. The Good — The bartenders were quick and we were served our beer fairly quickly. They have a good selection of drafts and with a late night happy hour, the beer was cold and the service was quick. After about 25 minutes we were finally seated. The dining area was half empty as we took our seats. One in our party is a restaurant professional and in his conversation with one of the wait staff, was told they were understaffed. The Bad — How can a restaurant that bills itself as a sports bar with late night dining be short-staffed on a early season Friday night Kings game? Memo to manager — learn how to schedule better. The Kings, while starting this season poorly, aren’t out of the playoffs like they will be on a Friday night say come this January or February! The ugly — For the five of us, we selected large order of wings. First of all, it took almost 30 minutes for our order to arrive. We got four average-to-unmemorable varieties and one really, really bad selection. The bad one was the Jamaican Jerk, which I have to say gave me a bad case the next day. They were basically some gloopy sweet sauce, one in our party described it as a plum sauce, with way to much clove. Don’t bother with these unless you like to be overwhelmed by clove and like indigestion. They were so bad, that the four of us who didn’t want to have them as part of our order, pushed the party who lobbied for them, to eat them. After inhaling the last seven or eight in a Matt Stonie-type chow down in less than three minutes, he had to admit they were a really bad choice. As for the all the wings themselves, they were collectively tough, and to my palate and eye, slightly under-cooked. Is there anything worse, or unsafe, than tough, under-cooked chicken wings? We also ordered three sides — Mac n Cheese, deep fried pickles and mushrooms. The pickles were actually decent while the mushrooms were unremarkable. As for the mac n cheese, a box of Kraft was better than the stuff they presented. On the plus side, the entire staff was courteous and apologetic for the slow tickets times out of the kitchen and the beer was cold. Obviously you don’t go to a place like this for high dining, but after a basketball game, you would think they would have a better handle on what sort of crowd to expect before Kings are statistically eliminated from the playoffs. As for the food, don’t bother. This place is to best visit for a cold beer.

70 pennies a wing on Tuesdays! Overall, BWW is a fun and festive place to dine. They’ve got an overabundance of TV screens to accommodate each customer and not to forget, a large array of flavors to choose from. Flavors are well presented on the menu and if you’re not too sure which ones you want, you can taste the sauces before you order. My favorites are honey BBQ, lemon pepper, spicy garlic, and mango habanero! The one flavor I highly suggest to avoid is Teriyaki. This one tastes super artificial – like the bottled ones you’d get at a grocery store. The wings are pretty good, but my only complaint is that most of my «wings» were drumsticks. Sadly, 100% of the lemon pepper and spicy garlic«wings» I ordered came out all to be drumsticks. So much for Wing Tuesdays! Although that was a bit disappointing, the drumsticks were pretty tender, service is good, and staff are friendly.
