Kristen’s energy and motivation get me up early to workout… not an easy task! I know I will be challenged and pushed but will keep balanced with good form. She pushes my fitness level without causing strain or injury. She gives individual pointers on form and reminds us to pinch, pull and tighten where needed. I use the good form tips I’ve learned from Kristen in all other activities I do. It’s a great full body workout that’s fun and different each week.

Kristen is a supportive, knowledgeable fitness instructor who was very motivating for me. I have worked with her on both the Pilate’s reformer and participated in her bootcamp. She makes her classes fun and challenging but in now way intimidating. I would recommend her to all of my friends and relatives.

I’ve been to so many fitness classes where the instructor is so obviously phoning it in. I have *never* felt that way in Kristen’s class. Her boot camp classes are fun and tough, taught by someone who obviously cares about her students and is committed to whole body/mind health. You cannot get away with bad form in her class which is a very, very good thing. She will challenge you without bullying you. She is cheerful and supportive. I run, swim, and bike. Kristen’s boot camp classes help me do all of those things with mucho strength, endurance, and joy.

Kristen is the reason I get up at 5:40am to attend her boot camp class. Every class is innovative, challenging, fresh, new and fun. I never knew an hour of exercise could go by so quickly. Kristen is a positive person who creates a work out that is accessible to each person in her class. This is a skill that is not always easily found. And for whatever reason, Kristen’s classes seem to attract other positive, warm and supportive people as well, making a 6am boot camp class something I look forward to.

Kristen is an amazing fitness professional. I have known her for more than 8 years. She is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and tough. She pushes you in an encouraging way that never feels unsafe or threatening. She is down to earth, funny, and friendly, and will kick your bootie into shape. I wholeheartedly recommend her classes and training.
