Britt was great! We were looking for an investment property in Sacramento, meanwhile we live in SF and I was traveling for work. Britt was incredibly helpful being our «boots in the ground» in Sacramento, managing inspections and contractors (all of her references were solid) and negotiated a great deal for us. She was timely in her responses, she got us all the information we needed and gave us useful advice through the negotiating and closing process. We look forward to working with Britt again!

I recently sold a house in Rocklin and was represented by Carlos Kozlowski. Carlos and Britt were extremely professional throughout the process and Carlos always maintained direction on the end goals we desired, at times balancing my expectations since I was not present. He displayed excellent communication which was critical to me. I would not hesitate to hire this team again and will do so on my next real estate transaction in the area.

As a first-​time homebuyer, Britt Wiseman exceeded my expectations during the whole process. She is very knowledgable and did a great job of keeping me informed almost on a daily basis. My aunt and I jointly purchased a home together in Sacramento, and Carlos was my aunt’s selling agent for a previous home transaction. When we were on the buying end of the deal, Carlos suggested we use his counter-​part, Britt. My aunt and I both had different ideas, end-​goals, questions, and personalities, so I imagine it was quite a struggle to keep us both satisfied. Britt could not have been more thorough. She was in constant contact with both of us, was present at every single meeting required in the home-​buying transaction, would follow up with us when things seemed to be running stagnant (sometimes it would take me a few days to respond to e-​mails!), and was so courteous and bubbly. This is a very competent team, and I would highly recommend.
