Be very careful when depositing funds with this company. They will do every possible excuse to not refund. If you are asked to move out make sure it is in writing or they will state that you moved out without notice. The new regional manager Danny and his secretary are very rude and will tell you the park managers do not have any power. They have say on everything.
We stayed at Eleven oaks mobile home and Rv park. This park is in the middle of a poor area with drug dealers, thieves, and prostitutes. Since Danny the regional manager has taken over this park it is worse than before.
Also when you move out your neighbors will plug into your electric and drive up your bill for the final reading. You would think management would lock up the boxes after someone moves out but they don’t and refuse to read until two months later. Your deposit by then is gone!
