I purchased a Groupon for a microdermabrasion at this business. It was getting close to expiring and I tried for a week to reach them. I would always get a fast busy signal like the phone was off the hook. I finally reached them on Friday 10÷2÷15. The girl that answered the phone (Alicia) told me she could not make me an appt. because their esthetician was out until ¹⁰⁄₁₇. I told her my Groupon would expire on the 9^th. She put me on hold several times was curt and treated me like a nuisance and told me, «You can always use the Groupon for what you paid for it. Which means I would miss out on the Groupon, period. I would not go to this business if it was FREE! The little snotty brat! I would give minus stars if I could! I would like to add on a positive note that Groupon kindly credited me so I do not have to deal with this business.
