Wendy’s

If I could give it a zero I would. Order a chicken sandwich first tasted nothing buy salt took it back to the counter and the workers looked at me liked I stupid so they took it back and made a new one which the Second one came out tasting even more saltier. Will not back back to this location

I came to this Wendy’s location for lunch on a weekday because I was craving a baked potato and this is the only location in the Arden-​Arcade area unless you want to cross over Highway 50, than there is one off Howe Ave.
This location is nice and new and remodeled and easy to see off Watt Ave by the bowling alley. When I came for lunch I was the only one in the drive thru so it only took a few minutes from pulling into the parking lot to pulling out.
I ordered their Sour Cream and Chive Baked Potato with a Small Tropical Green Tea because I had seen the advertisements everywhere saying that they now carry Honest Tea so I thought I would give it a try.
The Baked Potato was as great as it normally is. They give you the sour cream and butter separately so you can mix in as much or as little as you want. I of course used it all. I wish I could fix baked potatoes like this at home! These are perfect every time. The tea was good as well and was nice and refreshing. I like how they have tea as a less sugary beverage option.
The employees were friendly and everything was great. I would come back again when in the area and craving another baked potato. (It’s one of very few Vegetarian items on the menu).

This Wendy’s was recently remodeled completely.
I thought after this is would be better and really nice. The outside looks similar maybe a little nicer. The employees were good not great. The person taking my order in the drive-​thru could be heard conversing and laughing with her coworkers. Not sure what about nor do I care but either way it wasn’t professional.
The main reason why I feel Wendy’s gets 1 star is because the prices. $ 2.50 for a medium sized fries with barely any fries in the box??? I can understand $ 2.50 for a medium fries as that is probably the norm across the fast food boards but if the box is not full to the top with fries??? A dollar is what I felt I should have paid for that.
Also the chicken nuggets used to be $.99 for 5 now it is $ 1.99 for 6??? That is absurd!!!
Dave would be rolling in his grave if he knew that the public and his customers were being charged that ridiculous amount for 6 nuggets. Even Burger King has 10 for $ 1.49. They basically taste the same too.
Dave Thomas created Wendy’s to make his customers happy and to sell them good food at a decent price that is reasonable yet affordable. Bad form! whoever has taken over.

They did a really good job of taking my order and being accurate fast and efficient plus there food was great

Love the Frostys, when they are frozen. Today I went and ordered 1 double stack with just catsup. It came with mustard, catsup, and pickle. Another double stack with NO onions or cheese. It came with everything but onions. Moms lactose intolerant, so there goes our lunch. Large fry and 2 large Frostys. The person says amount, $ 3 $ 13.12, what is that? I get to the window, no receipt, but total was $ 13.12. Tried calling them for an hour, about 30 times, always busy, took picture on phone before throwing them out. To far to go back. Hopefully someone will read this and call me back. Also the lid wasn’t on one of the Frostys, yea big mess in cup holder.

Typical fast food joint. Nothing special but also nothing to complain about. Food is decent (read: never got an upset stomach). Came here a few times and the service is alright.
Pretty close to where I live, and it’s almost summer time so that means I will be going to this place a lot for frosty! mmmm Frosty (and fries!)
They just renovated the place so it looks much better than before.

They got rid of the dollar menu and everything is more than a dollar now, the people who work there are pretty slow but very nice. ok place to eat if there’s nothing else open

Who tf reviews a fast food joint!!! THIS GIRL esp when I just ate the best salad known to man aka The Spicy chicken Ceasar salad. It comes with a lemon garlic dressing that I am actively looking for in a grocery store like literally tomorrow I am on the prowl.
There’s a spicy fried chicken breast that makes the otherwise boring Ceasar come alive!!! They used to make a Fish sandwich that reminded me of a Dive place in the city called Tic Tocs (you’d have to be a native to know it) but they put some kind of dill thing in it and now its sub par but whatever its fast food so what can you do?
I just know that for 7+bucks I can get a bomb salad from Wendys any day of the week and even late night.

Clueless manager, clueless staff. I guarantee some part of your order will wrong. I understand good workers are hard to find but the manager needs to do better. Stopped in today during the lunch hour and the manager was no where to be found.

Grab it and go. Try not to get shot in the process.

I never dreamed I’d live long enough to see a square hamburger. I admit, while I don’t necessarily approve, they do taste pretty much the same as normal hamburgers. This place has a reputation for being liberal with the amount of patties they’ll toss on for the heck of it.

I brought my students here today and had the slowest cashier ever. Not only does she not pay attention to things but her speed was horrible especially during busy lunch time with a huge line. This wendys need to have crew assigned just for getting orders together, just for taking orders. Not happy at the moment!

Im a huge Wendy’s fan. Asked for extra napkins received 1. Purchased two drinks 1 straw. I understand savings but shareing a straw with my brothers wife won’t work for me I know where that mouth has been.

Good food, many options, good for all eating times, kid friendly and also good for groups. Best fast good spot I the area.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Not only is it apparently the meeting place for the area’s homeless and mentally ill, it has the worst service I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s.
The staff was friendly, and the nice lady at the counter was more than accommodating however I got the wrong order twice and the sandwich was cold both times. Finally by the third time the sandwich was hot and the correct one I had ordered originally. By this time however I had been waiting probably about 30 minutes for ‘fast food.‘
If you’re considering going to this Wendy’s I would urge you to go elsewhere.

There are only a few fast food places that my boyfriend and I will eat at. Wendy’s is usually on that short list. So after helping my dad with some chores he needed done around the house, he offered to take my boyfriend and I out to lunch. As we drove along the street, we spotted this Wendy’s and felt confident that we would be able to enjoy a nice lunch here. After all, we could always count on ordering one of their many delicious menu options that they have been well known for serving, such as their chili, baked potatoes, Taco salads, Spicy Chicken sandwiches, fish sandwiches, and the ever popular Frostys.
It was only 12:30 pm and we were lucky enough in line to get their last 3 baked potatoes. The other customers were out of luck. I have always liked their Baja salads (which took the place of my beloved Southwestern Taco salad). This included a cup of their famous chili to pour over the salad. But guess what? They no longer offer this salad. What was even worse, they were already out of chili! Having to make another choice, I decided on their limited time special — Strawberry Fields Chicken Salad and a strawberry lemonade ice tea. At least my annoyance and appetite was appeased. The salad came with a packet of sunflower seeds to sprinkle on the top and a side of dressing. It turned out to be very delicious and refreshing.
The salad was worth additional stars, but disappointing customers by not being prepared for a lunch crowd and discontinuing signature menu items lost you those stars…

We stopped at Wendy’s on the way back from the county transfer station (dump). We arrived at precisely 12:00 noon, not a minute before or after. We ordered baked potatoes and were lucky enough to get the last three. How do you run out of potatoes at noon? Wouldn’t you try to be stocked up for the lunch crowd?
Ida H. tried to order a Baja Salad (which comes with chili). They no longer have any salads that come with chili. (Are you kidding me?) I tried to order mandarin oranges (they no longer have mandarin oranges).
Ida’s father tried to order a small chili to go but they were out of chili. Not only were they out of baked potatoes but they were out of chili as well? Unbelievable! Completely unacceptable! Outrageous! Maybe this Wendy’s could use new management that knows what they are doing?

Came here yesterday. Food was all right. Trays the food came on were a little grimy. I don’t like that you have to come up to the counter to get a soda refill. I should have known better to come during lunch rush, they were swamped. All in all, I’ve had better dine in experience. Also, they were out of ketchup :(

Wendy’s is so underrated! The frosties rock! Where else can you find a value menu this good? Only problem lately seems to be that they are very slow to react to long lines when it gets busy. This is still one of my fast food favs though.

So I ordered 2 baconator combos thru the drive thru? And I knew I should have looked at my food before I left instead of giving me the baconator burgers the gave me 2 cheeseburger deluxes. So I contacted the manager and and explained the situation, and since I had to come from fair oaks, they comp’d my whole order! The by the way! The baconator is delish!!! I had to deduct 1 star for the mix up.
