HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Went here because my nail shop is closed on Sundays and I broke 2 nails and was due for a fill anyways
When I came in they were polite I told them I wanted a fill, 2 nails replaced and a color change on my toes I told them Gel on my hands and toes! Repeatedly!!! She would not listen to me about the shape I wanted I walked out with some square some tapered when I wanted the tapered tip but flat at the end not pointed she messed up the paint and I still paid her 30 $ for a fill!!!
When she got to my feet I repeated I wanted gel she started yelling and having an attitude saying I never told her that so she started taking the color off my left foot THEN after telling me originally 7 $ for a color change she said to take off my color and put back on gel it was 25 $ she wouldnt fix my pedicure that she ruined either the owner was sooooo rude!!! Ive never had such a horrible experience at a place of business in my life I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!

Great place, got seated & tech started right away. She did a great job with the gel shellac manicure.

Great service! They were short 2 people but still manage to take care of me and a pedicure for my husband. This place is super clean and relaxing. I would definitely come back here and recommend this to a friend.

I just moved to the area and of course sourced to Unilocal to find a new nail spot.
Happy to say that this place was awesome! I did have to wait alittle bit but they let me sit in the pedicure chair and soak my feet while I waited.
They took their time with my pedicure and it stayed on for almost 3 weeks! That was even in the mix of moving. We all know how moving does a number on your nails.
Anyhoo — I will totally go back here again. It was clean, the gals were nice and the back massage chairs were on point.

I have been going to this shop for 15 years. This is like a second home to me. I’ve gone to other nail salons after moving to Elk Grove and I’ve regretted it every time. I finally made the drive and am never dissatisfied. The ladies here are amazing.

There were bugs in the foot-​baths and the staff were offering customers drinks with hard alcohol in them. The person that did my nails didn’t speak English and did a very bad job; my nails were thick with product and lifted after only one week. When I expressed my displeasure to the owner; she charged me to re-​do my nails. Really?

First time going to Cindy“s nails very very clean, Amy who did my fill was great. I’ve always had to file my sharp edges when I get home. But Amy did a FANTASTIC job.
I’ll be a regular customer.

I’ve been going to Lynn and sometimes Amy for about a year. They both do awesome nails!!! I am very pleased everytime. I highly recommend this salon.
