Round Table Pizza

Don’t order extra toppings. Expensive and sparse. Each extra topping 2 $ and mine had only three tiny pieces of spinach. Heater wasn’t on and couldn’t as manager had turned it off when he left earlier so it was cold.

Okay so I ordered online I waited 20 min as wrote on the site then I came in and they said they didnt have my order they said they gave it to delivery I was pissed I’m pretty hungry and have to wait longer this is poor work from both the women who work here.

Came here for lunch with my coworkers food was ok. But service was excellent. Store manager Kevin gave us first class service. Definitely coming back weekly!!!

This is by far the worst round table I’ve ever been too. It’s not very clean if you go in. The last 2 deliveries have taken about 90 minutes to arrive. One of those deliveries the pizza was cold and the other one I just pulled a long hair out of. I’m so done. There is a really good round table down the street on Marconi.

On August 21 I ordered a pizza and they never showed up! The lady even took all my payment info which was unprofessional, I ordered at 9 pm and she said it would take an hour and a half which I said fine, if she said we cant deliver because last call is at 9 for delivery I would of said ok, very unprofessional!

Since it opened this was my go to place for pizza, but after tonight no more. Earlier this month I got the wrong toppings. Mistakes happen. However, tonight I ordered a pizza for take out and arrived 20 minutes later, at the time they told me it would be ready. Another 40 minutes later I was still waiting. A walk in order got their pizza and I was still waiting, I asked for a manager and no one acknowledged my request. I was told my pizza was being made. I said I was leaving. I left my phone number and asked to be called by the owner. No Pizza No Refund. No Customer Service. They definitely lost my business and do not deserve to be a Round Table.

When I order from round table, it’s usually a treat because it’s expensive and tasty. I ordered the gourmet veggie but was very disappointed this time around. For the expensive price, they went cheap on the topping and had a careless chopping skills. Also never order pan crust because it’s too thick and not cooked all the way through. I can get a cheaper one from papa murphys (it’s called something like garlic chicken and artichokes) and it’s way cheaper.

I gave this review 2 stars simply because the pizza was tasty and the delivery driver was nice.
We ordered a large pizza that was supposed to be a meat lovers pizza. After waiting 45 mins, we got a pizza that had a little pepperoni, a little sausage, maybe some other kind of meat-​I couldn’t tell you because it was pretty sparse on the pizza. Not to mention that the large was not too much bigger than a paper plate. And it was lukewarm! My family had to put our slices in the microwave to heat it up! The pizza itself cost $ 29.69. I will never order from round table again. It was way too expensive, too small, and when I order a pizza, I want it hot!
Do yourself a favor and pick up a pizza at the grocery store for $ 8.99.

‘Pleasant’ was not my experience this evening. I called for delivery (it’s Friday night) and was rudely told that wasn’t going to be an option because of limited staff and that the designated delivery person was needed in the restaurant. Really? Did I mention it’s Friday night? So I called a different location, still within a five mile radius, and was told first they could not deliver because I was not in their area then after 8 minutes on hold that they were to busy to deliver. WTH Round Table — Get your shit together! (1 star for finally answering the phone the third time around)

Friday & Saturday open 11am-​10pm
FYI many customers place timed orders.
Example: call at noon place an order & state you want it ready at 6pm for take out (you pick it up) or delivery. I hope this information is helpful.

Don’t ever buy pizza here totally rude and disrespectful staff. Came in 20 minutes after pizza was supposed to be ready was told to wait another 20 minutes. Don’t waste your $ here. raven was the worst supervisor I have ever encountered so unhelpful had an attitude and plain out rude. 0 stars

Not only Unilocal but also their website says that they are open till 10 pm, I called at 9:20 pm to order a pizza and they told me they are closed. FAIL!
I agree with other customers wanting Round Table headquarters addressing some of the customer service issues at the local franchises.

Nothing tastes better than a hot pizza from Round Table and this location does it right! The facility is clean, the employees are friendly, and the service is exceptional! I’m really impressed with the delivery drivers at this location — super friendly and they always have extra supplies (even when I forget to ask for them in advance). The manager, Kevin, is very pleasant, warm, and welcoming. I’ve had deliveries brought to my place by Eddie and Andre and both fellas are prompt and really seem to love their job (definitely deserving of a generous tip!)

Great customer service and surprisingly pleasant staff.
Ordered supreme and chicken pineapple pizza. They were both fantastic. The toppings were fantastic and the crust was Delish. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

Walked in with 8 people and asked if there was any specials or coupons and got a bad attitude. Three weeks ago got a family meal and happily dropped over fifty dollars to feed four. Really wish round table as a company would address there service issues.

Went there for a pickup on a Monday Night and waited for a while. But the wait was worth it, because the pizza here is very good. I do think there is a huge difference from pizza places like pizza hut and dominoes, in comparison to pizza places like round table. Round table has its own taste which i enjoy very much so!

The workers here are very nice and have great attitudes, the young Girl who answers the phone and works the cash register is very friendly, the pizza making guy is funny, he can make those pizzas. I drive 10 miles round trip just to buy pizza from this location. The place is clean and the pizza is fantastic! Highly recommend!

Love to visit this location. Kevin, the manager always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcome. I highly recommend you visit this Round Table.
We have always loved Round Table Pizza but this location takes customer service to the next level. The people make the difference.

We had the most pleasant lunchtime experience here this past fall of 2013 as we beat the clock to get into the doors and over to the counter to just barely catch the all you can eat salad and pizza lunch deal that ends promptly at 1:30 as we wrapped up a hood shopping outing for the day…
We’d had our eye on this strip mall location since moving into the neighborhood nearly 4 months back and after pulling up the reviews on Unilocal to check it first and seeing the most recent ones as being less than satisfied we decided to see for ourselves and I’m glad we did…
BEER alert! And deliCious Stella beer none the less… Even clarified with the manager ol’ Dave and it’s true: Stella Pitchers go for $ 9.99 each… I love Stella but Stella doesn’t love me so I didn’t indulge in her however felt the need to share this beautiful gem of a deal…
Bud & Bud Light go for $ 7 a pitcher every day too… I love a great deal on adult beverages…
POISON OF THE DAY:
2 all-​you-​can-​eat Salad Bar and Pizza Meals for $ 6.99 each and self serve fountain drinks…
FAV’S: Sausage and Cheese pizza, Combo and Pepperoni. All surprisingly delicious even with its super thin crust it was cooked perfectly and the toppings were fresh.
SALAD BAR: All the ingredients were fresh and plentiful AND their Blue Cheese Dressing was AMAZINGLY delicious! I’m a sucker for high quality perfectly balanced blue cheese and so far in this town this has been the one place that I really really enjoyed it… Ranch is damn good too as I used it liberally to drag my pizza thru before drowning it in my Parmesan cheese, red chile pepper flake mountain of deliciousness… Yummmmmy!
Our table as were the rest were clean, well stocked with shakers of Parmesan cheese and red chile pepper flakes to which I can empty about a good ¼−1/3 of a shaker as I remove the lid and dump the chiles out onto my plate eating them allllllllll…
This place was very clean, well stocked and the manager Dave and the other employee very friendly as Jim walked around and bussed tables, handed out balloons to any kid inside the restaurant and on more than one occasion approached our table to see if we needed anything and to remove plates awaiting their clearing… He smiles a lot and I like that… Alot!
The manager as per his name tag which read Dave was also equally as pleasant, helpful and attentive as he was approachable as he bussed tables and chatted with us on more than one occasion…
Lastly TV“s… They have several flat screens which were all blasting out sports with pub style chairs and stools in addition to plenty of clean tables for seating…
The only issue that we had with this location was the restrooms. Strange right? Although they were immaculate, clean and well stocked they were… well… they smelt of pee pee… I have no idea how this happens when its all so visibly clean as far as free of debris and the like but well the ol’ sniffer doesn’t lie and my man said that the men’s restroom was the same…
This alone wouldn’t keep me out of this joint as I am not coming here for the bathroom facilities but for the food and in this department as well as the customer service we received and that I witnessed all the other paying customers receive I was beyond pleased and satisfied…
