Clean Site

We needed the ceramic tile in our large entry removed. Clean Site was referred by our flooring company, and they did a fantastic job! The price was about the same as another quote we received, they were flexible with our schedule, and they showed up right on time. Due to our house being on a hill, with steep steps and driveway, they weren’t able to use their cool machine. They tried, though, and didn’t try to charge us for any extra time. They set things up to keep the dust out of the rest of the house, did the job with a hand-​held tool instead of the ride-​on, worked quickly and efficiently, and left things clean and tidy. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Clean Site Floor Removal Services was very efficient at removing our 10 year old travertine flooring that was set to a cement foundation. Their machine removed the tile very effectively and was able to scrape a good amount of the thin set off. We needed some extra grinding and sanding done to get the floor prepped properly and the Project Manager, Allen, worked with us on to have that done to meet our tight timeline. We would recommend Clean Site Removal services to do a thorough job in a timely manner.

These guys did an amazing job at our house. We couldn’t take out hardwood that was glued like crazy to the concrete slab, but they came in and used their special machine to remove it in less than 2 days! The team was very professional, clean and on-​time. Paid exactly what they had estimated.

I had this company remove a tile floor in my kitchen. They did a fabulous job and trust me, it wasn’t easy removing the tile! It was well worth the price and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a floor removal.

First of all, don’t accept unless you get a flat rate for removal. It ended up being $ 2000 more than the quote. He said it was a difficult removal, but it didn’t take him more than the amount of days he had allotted, less in fact. My bad that I didn’t read the contract, because at the large price he quoted to begin with you would think the dumpster would be included. It is not. In fact, in my neighborhood you have to get approval and put down a deposit. He had to spend some time on the phone with them and made it quite clear that he was not happy about that. That was late afternoon and we said we would take care of it in the morning. Instead of waiting for us to do that, he brought a trailer over and then wanted to charge us $ 500 for that, even though we had the dumpster there by 1:00 the next day. It was overall a very unpleasant experience. He left tile anywhere from 3 – 6 inches away from the cabinets, which is what he said he would do. There was also tile completely underneath where the stove sits in the kitchen. They guy who was putting in new hardwood came over and had the tile out really quickly. Didn’t look like it was quite so hard as he claimed. After looking at what Clean Site did he asked me what I paid. I asked him first what he would have charged and it was HALF of what I was charged. I found a review, after the fact, that this happened to that reviewer also. I would shop around and find someone to do it for a flat rate and no bad surprises later. Learn from my mistake.

I am writing this note to express my extreme gratitude for the excellent costumer service Clean Site provided me for my dental Office. They have an excellent, reliable service for water damage restoration and carpet cleaning. I highly recommend them.
