Went through the drive thru and ordered the family meal. There were only 7 pieces. No breasts. Chicken was cold, oily, and the breading fell off the chicken. Took it back. Owner was there and he really didn’t care. The staff was awesome and took care of things. The owner admitted that the chicken was sitting in the warmer for at least for 45 minutes. Never will go back there.

Last time I was here, I got the 12 piece grilled bucket. The pieces were a whole lot bigger, the chicken was actually pretty good. Today, my girlfriend and I stopped by to get dinner, same thing. I got home, opened the bucket, and noticed that the pieces were tiny. Not to mention the chicken was EXTREMELY overcooked, Dry, shrunken. Because of this, i might have been better off eating shoe leather. But even considering how much of the chicken that got cooked off, the chicken was still super small.

we ate our dinner at 9 but I’m sure the food was for at least 5 – 6 hours before that. after we left the store the employee cleaned the table with the sweep, can you believe it? exactly the same sweep that he was using to clean the floor. DONTGOHEREIFYOUDONTWANTTOGETSICK!!!

Before I go on, I just have to specify that this one-star rating is NOT for this specific location, but for KFC as a company in general. In fact, I have no problem with this location — the girl who took my order and served me at the drive-thru window today was actually very pleasant and polite. No complaints about the service itself. See, I used to love KFC as a child. I remember the food always tasting so good, better than anything mom could’ve made for dinner! However, over the past five years or so, their quality has gone down tremendously. Today I had a $ 5 fill-up, which had chicken tenders, potato wedges, a biscuit, a cookie, and a drink. The only think that was slightly up-to-par was the potato wedges. The chicken was insanely chewy despite being cooked all the way through. The biscuit was doughy and flavorless. Even the cookie tasted off. It was seriously so unappetizing that I barely ate half of my meal before throwing it in the trash. Not to mention, it made my stomach feel queasy after the first few bites. KFC used to be quality food, but not anymore. All of the food tastes cheap, just not quality product. Needless to say, I won’t be going to KFC probably ever again.

The lady in the drive thru working on 10÷5÷15 around 8 – 8:15 is so rude and unprofessional if you hate your job it’s simple, quit. Will not go to KFC again! And will be contacting the manager. Customer service is clearly not a focus at this location.

I love the food at KFC and lets face it, most of the food is a mix or something that needs to be reheated, it’s not rocket science, but EVERY single time I’ve been to this location they’ve either screwed up my order or been out of what I ask for. Tonight was the last time and I wont be going back. The girl taking my order in the Drive Thru actually tried to HAGGLE with me over my order. I asked for an original 8 piece meal and was TOLD that I should get half extra crispy and when I said no, her response was«It would really help us out» like I’m an inconvenience to them because I’m ordering what I want, I told her that I only wanted original and she responded with«fine»… Then I asked for corn cobbettes and was very specific on what I wanted and when I got home I realized they gave me a cup of corn and not the cobs as I had asked. I had also asked what was in the 8 piece and I was told it was two of each type of meat and no substitutions. I get home and I have SIX drumsticks and 2 breast. When I got to the window she was rude! Didn’t say please, thank you, actually said to me as I was sitting one bag down«Can you please hurry, we have other customers» I paid 30 dollars for all of this because I like KFC, but next time I’m going to a real restaurant where I’m not treated like trash and actually get what I asked for.

We went through the drive thru this evening for a quick fix to some hungry bellies and ordered 2 famous bowls and a 3 pc. Order of hot wings. Upon returning home(after checking the bag for the correct number of items) found out the order of hot wings was magically turned into a shredded bbq chicken sandwich. That was definitely not what I ordered or was charged for. Also, the famous bowl came with an errant tomato… one of the stranger ingredients to be included. Will not likely return to this location due to this experience and the lack of sincere guest service. UPDATE: after submitting a review and contacting the company, the manager called back and apologized for the poor experience and offered for us to come back. EXCELLENT move in my experience! I have increased their rating because of this outreach in guest service. Thank you!

I stopped at the drive-thru last night for a Go-Cup. The chicken was dry and the potato wedges were hard and old. This was the 2nd time I was sold old food from this location out of 5 or 6 times. The only time I will go there again is during lunch or dinner rush so I can be sure the food isn’t nasty.

This location seems to have chicken that is not as tender and juicy as other locations. Not sure if they cook too much in anticipation for being busy, or what. I don’t necessarily want speed over good fresh juicy chicken.

I don’t know what happened here. The place is and always has been clean with good service. I don’t have KFC often, it is a more expensive meal but worth it. This time, it tasted like the predominant spice was SALT! Lots and lots of salt. Then the after taste was of rancid grease. I don’t have the slightest idea what happened but I hope they fix it, and it never happens again. Up until this experience it was my five star go to place for chicken.

OK so fast food chicken is ehh altogether in my opinion. I actually prefer Popeye’s but I am giving this KFC a 4 star due to their attentive service. The food is exactly what I expect but the service is where this joint really shines. I am on weight watchers. I know, I know, a foodie on weight watchers, ha! Well, on a few occasions I have asked for more detailed nutrition info and they have been helpful and quick to respond instead of just mindlessly shrugging at me. The are very quick to get your food out. Every experience I have had here is fast friendly and efficient. A few times the cashiers have recognized us and made us feel welcome. Common for KFC this is really an elevated experience. We will be back again for sure.

I was here but failed to check in the other day. I had not been to a KFC in ages. I was in the mood for some fast food though and thought fried chicken was the way to go. This is fast food and its not very good in my opinion. I felt that my food wasn’t that hot and it tasted as if it had been sitting around for quite a while. The fried part wasn’t even that crunchy. Basically, the food tasted old. I don’t eat chicken skin, so I got some of the chicken strips. I really wasn’t impressed at all and felt sick after eating. I doubt I’ll be coming back here anytime soon. I do eat unhealthy food quite a bit but I prefer for it to taste better than what I got when I was here.

It’s a KFC kinda self explanatory. I was surprised how fast it was. I was starving and since it’s close to my house I stopped by after some shopping. The boneless chicken new snack/meal thing(don’t remember the name of it) was good it came with one piece of chicken and fries in a little cup for $ 2.50, I love the apple pies they are just like the old ones from McD’s. The honey bbq sandwich no go kinda dry.

we used a coupon for 8 pc chicken meal with two sides. The price was $ 15… The Coupon sheet advertised ‘boneless’ chicken, which we ordered. KFC has been advertising their new boneless for the last few weeks. The young lady said there was a premium cost for boneless and charged us $ 19… The reason for this review is due to the poor quality of their new chicken. The pieces were dry and hard around they edges and lacked flavor. We won’t be ordering boneless chicken again.

I am in a vicious cycle of KFC. I just now realize that I keep going around and around, eating at one KFC, then the next. I’m not a fast foodie, but sometimes I get a hankering for this stuff, and KFC is always a good value. My most recent experience was at this KFC location last Sunday. Needed a bite to eat on the way between work and visiting my mother-in-law, so we stopped at this location on Madison. It hit the spot, hot wings and potato skins. Salty and fried! My mother-in-law seemed to really enjoy hers, and she usually doesn’t eat that much even at the meals I’ve cooked. I felt like the commercial that plays on tv, with the instrumental of «Sweet Home Alabama» playing in the background, while a family sits around the kitchen table eating KFC. This was a good KFC. However, a couple of weeks ago we stopped that the KFC in Auburn and I had a miserable experience. The menu was so confusing. All I could see was blue, red and giant pictures of fried chicken. I couldn’t make heads-nor-tails of the menu items, so I just picked the Manager’s Special that was advertised on a very clearly written red and white sign placed next to the register. «Original or Extra Crispy?» I said«Original» and ordered a soda since the Manager’s Special didn’t include a drink.(So… how special is a special if is doesn’t include the drink? If it’s really special, it should include a drink.) My better half ordered his food, we paid, I went to the bathroom, and when I came out, My Better Half was happily eating and my food was missing. I went to the counter and asked for my food, and they’re all like«You didn’t order food.» And I’m like, «Yes, I did.» And the manager had to come over and sort out nothing other than the fact that the girl working the register somehow instantaneously forgot our conversation about original or extra crispy and didn’t ring up my order, and thus no food prepared. I said fine, I’ll pay for it and whatev, because I was just hungry. They seemed to want to argue with me over nothing, and I was extremely irritated. Then, I think they were talking about me in spanish while I sat down and ate. On the other hand, at the KFC by my house, they are usually nice and I never have any complaints.
