Worst customer service ever. Went in with my sister & niece today to look for hair color & wax. One of the girls came up to us & rudely told us to watch my niece & make sure she doesn’t touch & brake anything. There are MANY nice ways to say this but she chose the bitch route. And in fact we were watching her. Once it was time to go to checkout, my sister mentioned that there was a gift with purchase for the wax. The cashier Leslie didn’t know what she was talking about & was just throwing guesses of what the gift with purchase was when my sister told her twice that it’s on the tag & she just stood there looking through their ad still guessing what it would be. The lady who told us to watch my niece went to go look at the tag saying (again in a rude tone) that it’s buy one get one 50% off. Which wasn’t even the correct product of what we were getting. Totally reading a different tag. Then finally realized that she was wrong & her whole attitude changed after that. So if we were wrong about it she would treat us with an attitude? We continued with the purchase & got out of there. There are much better & more friendly employees at other Cosmo profs. Not to mention that when we first walked in we were not greeted, just stared at by some big girl with highlights in her hair (another employee).

If you’re aspiring to use the finest of razors, creams, and treatments, this is the place for you! The store is well stocked with a variety of toiletries sure to please even the most difficult of clients. Just watch how you use the straight edge, we aint bailing you out of the big house!
For the more feminine of your clients, the sweet smell of tonics, shampoos, and softening conditioners abound!
For the clients that require a change of color, they offer a variety of well known products to take any shade of locks from blonde to red, to purple, pink, the world is your oyster… color me WOW!
Im a big Goldwell fan, but you’ll find that and additional quality top brands; Farouk, OPI, Pureology, Wahl, and more. This IS the place for local professional to get their «slice» of decent prices for great products!

I love this place. It’s so nice to have one in your neighborhood. The place is always clean and the staff is always helpful. Now I wish salon centrics moves close and I’ll be set.

Store is clean, girls here today were very helpful and had great knowledge on a variety of questions from shampoo, nails stuff, waxing, and a few other items. Were out of stock on a few items we wanted in a certain size, but other than that good day.

Worst experience in this store by Taylor, she has red hair and is a white girl, with upper lip piercing. Ask her for help and recommendation and she didn’t even bother to show me anything. Had a nasty attitude with everyone.
