Curves

In 13 days I’ve lost 2.8 pounds. My clothes fit better, in have more energy, and I look forward to seeing Heather, Kim, Paulette, and all my curves friends. It’s amazing.
The space doesn’t bother me at all. The way 8 see it; it’s a franchise. If we want a bigger place we need to help bring in more business, so we can get a bigger place.

I began exercising at this Curves last yr in March, and I LOVE it. Its nicely located near the Sacramento Kings Arena in Natomas and in the parking lot with Kumon (tutoring/​learning academy for school age children).
I like the location, I feel safe going to and from here daily and there’s always parking.
I’ve enjoyed the feeling of community and sisterhood while exercising here, as well as the many traits I’ve changed since attending :) Im proud of the business as a whole by providing a positive space for all ages and ethnicities; that alone makes me feel welcome. We even have raffles & contests which makes losing weight exciting.
Kim is in charge at this Curves and she’s the sweetest most fab coach u could ask for! She does a great job encouraging others. Kim introduced me to all the equipment properly as well as sharing her tips on how to be most successful to meet my personal goal. My other coach, Taylor is great as well! She believes in me and motivates me to «keep up the work» and teaches a great Boot Camp! Thats my fave now. Zumba is available here as well and Paulette is SO much fun to groove with :)
These ladies’ actions have inspired me to believe how beneficial exercise truly is. I plan to move soon from Sacramento, and im pleased to say thanks to such a fulfilling, uplifting experience at this Natomas Curves location, I will be continuing my success in the city of my new home with the local Curves there. Curves has changed me for the better.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. All I can say is «read the very small print on the contract they have you sign». It doesn’t matter what they say to you when you sign up, they will tell you anything to sign. The owner told me one thing, but the contract in very small print said something else. She has a women owner who claims to care about women and helping them, really can care less about you and is all about the money. They have charge my acct. for over two years without me using their service. I have complained and all they say is that the contract stands, her words do not, because they were verbal. I was told that my acct. would be closed, but they kept it open, so they could get more money from me. You would think that the business owner would want a better reputation as a business owner that her word is good. Apparently not. I will be filling a dispute.
