This business took my hard drive, which was fine, to get data recovery and replaced both my OS and microsoft software with corrupted pirated versions which then crashed my computer causing me to pay 300 dollars to another company to fix it. Attempts to talk to Thomas brought me to the awareness that there is no physical address for this company and thomas refused to answer my e mails and phone calls and texts and when Thumbtack contacted him he said he NEVER WORKED FOR ME, even though he had my hard drive (and all my personal data) and spent a day at my house trying to reinstall my hard drive… I don’t think he meant to steal my identity but he could have and he won’t reconcile the expense he caused me but he basically is showing his guilt, not to mention lack of ethics, because when I reported him to thumbtack, who referred me to him, and he tells them he never did anything for me and doesn’t know me, even though both myself and my daughter can describe him and know his name though it is not on his website… HIRING HIM IS DANGEROUS TO COMPUTER. Thumbtack was also terrible, despite copies of e mails and phone calls, they claim I can’t prove I hired him. He did not process my payment on my credit card, I assume because he knew he messed up my computer and didn’t want me to prove I hired him. I feel thumbtack is just as bad as he is, on’t recommend them either.
