Erica is the most amazing trainer! She provides personal training sessions at our wellness center at work. Her workouts are challenging and always changing. I have health issues that limit my abilities. Erica modifies the exercies so that I can do them. Erica is a true blessing!

Erica, is a great trainer. She is motivating and positive. She provides personal training sessions at our Wellness center (VSP) and I have the pleasure of working out with her every Friday morning. I receive a full body workout in 30 minutes. The Best 30 minutes of my day.

I cannot say enough good things about Erica. I worked with a few personal trainers down in SoCal before moving up North and never felt positive about my experiences. The trainers never paid much attention to my workout and were more occupied with socializing at the gym while I was there.
Erica, on the other hand, is a pleasure to train with! I have been working out with her since January through a program offered at work at VSP. She is amazing! She is so positive and funny and just has great energy. I always look forward to my sessions with her. I know all of my coworkers who participate love her as well. She gives a great workout and I am always nice and sore following our sessions. She always makes a point to share great tips with us and check in on our eating habits and any problems we are experiencing. Thanks for pushing me Erica!

Erica trained me twice a week for 3.5 months and the results were well worth it. I wanted to lean out for my wedding, and Erica made sure that happened!
The workouts were challenging, always changing, and I left each time feeling satisfied. She pushed me to my full capabilities. She holds you accountable for your food choices and cardio workouts, and because of that, I never wanted to disappoint her and was much more motivated to stay on track!
Not only was her fitness and health knowledge a plus, but her everyday personality at the gym made me feel like I wasn’t going to work out — I was going to hang out and chit chat for 50 minutes and just so happened to sweat a lot during that time.
I got the exact results I wanted and have now left with a better fitness and health knowledge to continue my fitness journey on my own.

Erica is amazing to work with! The graduate school lifestyle resulted in weight gain and an overall lack of wellness for me. I was eager to get into shape and take care of my body once I moved back to CA. Erica helped me by showing me how to preform movements correctly and providing me with an array of work out routines I could do on my own. She also was realistic: being healthy doesn’t mean you starve yourself, but make a lifestyle change and it does take time. Erica was timely, positive, and fun to talk to.

Erica Auld is a genius in her career as a personal trainer. Never have I met someone so motivated in helping other people with meeting their fitness and nutrition goals! I had the luxury of first meeting her 2 years ago, and unfortunately was away at school for awhile so did not have much of a chance to train with her. Still, she would text me every now and then to check in on how I was eating and exercising despite being 300 some miles away! Now that that I have moved back to Sacramento I have been training consistently with her on a weekly basis for about 2.5 months now. In that time, I have lost approximately 12 pounds so far, and I have gained so much more confidence and energy! I am very excited to see where I will be in another 3 months as I continue to train with her. You will be doing your body a world of good, and feel more healthier simply by meeting up with her for a training session!

I have been training with erica since January 2013. I suffered a life altering stroke that left me with major balance issues. I can’t do every workout I’d like to, but she gives me modifications for everything. I love but hate the TRX and bosu because they challenge my visual balance. My doctor is very pleased with my weight loss and leg strength. If your in Sacramento, Equipped to be Fit is the best personal training hands down.

Erica could not be a better Personal Trainer! Perfect for someone who can’t seem to find the motivation to get fit. She is so passionate about health and fitness and is constantly striving to do better and learn more about the subject. She leads with example. She learns what motivates you, and uses this throughout workouts. I trained with Erica prior to my 21^st birthday trip to Vegas. As we were doing a variety of workouts that she always had prepped and planned prior to meeting with me, she would stay «VEGAS!» «POOL PARTIES!» «BATHING SUIT!» when she started to see me get tired. This was extremely motivating. She cares about her clients and takes the time to get to know each and everyone of them. Ever since I started school back up in the fall of 2013, I started to lose motivation to workout and eat healthy. Over time, I really started slacking on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and I was very easily discouraged when trying to start back up. I decided to talk to Erica about Personal Training sessions and I truly am so happy I made the decision to go see her because she has made a difference in me. I’ve been training with Erica for about a month now and I love it! She’s so fun to be around. I love her energy and awesome personality.
