If I could give 0 stars believe me I would!!! Not only did she just wax my bottom brows Only and middle of forehead but she left wax there visible right after. My eyebrows are now more thinner and she didnt even BOTHER to touch the top of the brow, pluck excess hair and use the small scissors to clean up the eyebrow itself. I’m sorry but it was Horrible … I have a license with the state board and when you wax someone you don’t blow on the wax to cool it down, nor do you use the same stick over again to redip. If I could get my $ 15 back I would go spend it at a nail salon for $ 6 have better service. But because I tried supporting other businesses but I will not be back. I’m sure others have had a better experience but sadly I didn’t .

By far the worst eyebrow experience I have ever had. An older lady waxed my eyebrows into two different shapes. One of my brows is shorter than the other — I now have enough hair between both brows to create ONE actual brow. My eyebrows are super thin now. To top it off, she didn’t even remove all of the random hairs. All around terrible experience. If you go, do not let the older woman touch your brows.

Don’t go here… sorry. I like the lady but no! Very disappointed. My eyelashes were not done right and i went back several times out of my way to get them fixed and she was closed from Saturday to Tuesday. I had to go to someone else to fix them.

I went one late evening and she was closed sing everything and she turned on the machine and cleaned up my eyebrows.

Ms. Katherine is amazingly sweet and she knows how to do eyebrows! I’ve been coming to her since I was 15, I then moved out of state to Nebraska and I found a lady who does my eyebrows the same way. Now that I’m 25 and I’m back in Sacramento to hear she is still there is just amazing. Her place is cozy and soothing and I can fall asleep in there. If u like to keep ur eyebrows thick tell her of u want them thin tell her. It’s like a hair stylist u have to tell her what u want not bitch about ur eyebrows when u gave her no direction.

This cute little «fish tank» salon is hidden outside the entrance to Marshalls. Kathryn does an amazing job with my lashes. I’ve been seeing Kathryn since 2009 for a variety of services from facials, to waxing, to lashes, etc. My favorite is her champagne facial. I fall asleep everytime hehe Her prices are affordable and she has more than 20 years of experience.

I had the worst experience with this lady. She basically ripped the skin off my under eyebrow on both sides. Will never go back and do no recommend her to anyone and to think she does facials too. No thank you

Katherine waxed off half of my girlfriend’s right eyebrow. Upon seeing how she butchered her there was no shock, no apology, no refund and no acceptance of responsibility. Maybe this is something she does regularly?

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in last Friday to get my eyebrows done for a wedding I have to attend this coming weekend, and the woman (Kathryn?) who did them not only made them WAY too thin, but she also waxed off half of my right eyebrow! No exaggeration, it is literally GONE! To top it off, she tried to blame it on the last person who threaded my eyebrows MONTHS ago (I think I would’ve noticed if I was missing half an eyebrow before I went in!). I was so upset! This has NEVER happened to me before.
It seems that other reviewers have had positive experiences at this place (and I’m happy for them), but I certainly did NOT. She might’ve done a good job with other people’s eyebrows, but my experience shows that she is INCONSISTENT (at best). Please BEWARE of this place. I would never wish this experience on anybody. :(

Great place with great service. Friendly and reasonably priced.
