Starbucks

Been going here for years. Nothing’s really changed over time as drinks are usually consistent. However, if you are looking to get some studying done with WiFi, good luck. The connection is so slow on a consistent basis that I am not even able to load up files on blackboard. A lot of people come here to conduct interviews and close out business deals so if you are looking for a social session, this place is not bad. Otherwise… I would migrate to the location down the street with super-​fast wifi and a much quieter environment and a lot less customer traffic.

Not to shabby of a Starbucks, they were fast and got my dink right. I have been here few times but never made a review so i said, what they hay let me represent for the rest of my fellow Unilocalers.
The service was speedy and very nice so thats good, the reason i only gave it 3 stars was because they dont offer any help on the drinks, and me not knowing much of coffee i always need help picking a drink i just recently started adding extra stuff to my hot white chocolate mocha drink. Today i had 2 extra shots of hazel nut and also an extra shot of expresso. I was falling a sleep at work so i needed a recharge.
I definitely will be back just because its close to my job and is a mid day booster to get me going! The coffee was great it was actually hot and tasty, i hate getting lukewarm drinks. If your near by stop by and check this place out, the parking was tight and the business it self was pretty busy but u should be happy with your drink.

This Starbucks is not ideal for those in a hurry. Came in with only 3 customers ahead of me and takes over 20 minutes to get my Carmel macchiato. Customer service isn’t the worst but efficiency is nowhere to be found. Coworkers are friendly amongst themselves and get distracted from doing there damn job

This was my favorite starbucks to go to because it’s just around the corner of my house. It was up until 2 years ago and now. It’s just gone down the drain. Customer service sucks and barista, I dunno wtf is wrong with them. BTW, yeah I’m calling this cat out, Shelley is probably the worst cashier/​barista ever. She’ll «hook up» her friends and then when it comes to «real paying» customers you’ll be left in the dust. Yea if your, Asian which majority of the pocket area she’ll give a lick of careness. This isn’t my first run in with her and the rest of the staff just lacks management as everything seems disorganized. I don’t know what happen, but I’m done going to this place. I’m glad there’s another one on 7600.

The staff here is great. I know I will always get the coffee I expect when I go into any Starbucks, but the staff here is super helpful and kind. Recently, I bought a pound of coffee, and received a $ 5 gift card along with it as part of a promotion. And then I promptly lost it when running my errands. When I went in to see if I could get the first one canceled and get a new one, the staff stepped up, replaced it, and even added it to my Starbucks account so there’s no more card for me to lose. The best!

These folks have a lot of people working but only one barista… what a shame… order online you might get it quicker!

If you run into miss Renee. .she’s the bomb! She was super helpful, very patient. Juggling the coffee making to the awesome customer service! Girl can do it ALL! I go to this one very often to get my fix. I recommend you go too! You’ll be treated like a queen or king! Thank you Renee! (Ask her about her special praline drink!)

There is 8 of us waiting. The service here sucks and the staff seems high. The move like snails and they walk away in the middle of ordering. What happened to this place? I waited 10 minutes for a hot chocolate 1 guy on register, 1 barista, 1 girl just walking around filling ice and texting. I think she’s the supervisor too. Then there is another guy who’s staring at his cracked iPhone. Seriously?! Wth is going on at Starbucks in Greenhaven?

This place is always friendly. It’s spacious to be able to be able to do any of your work or homework. I like the environment. They always have free wifi. That will always be a plus to coming here when I come to get fraps or teas.

If you love your drinks right & great customer service… then don’t come here!!! Worst Starbucks experience EVER!!!
I walked in, first thing I see is some dude behind the counter ogling the women in the store! I over hear him telling the woman also behind the counter, «what a great asset this one has» & «oh, I would tap that «!!!
WTH!!! I then waited 5 minutes for someone to address me… and when she did, she was overly annoyed. Like I was the problem. Gave my order, which was an the Tri. iced coffee with 3 Splenda & cream. Yea… that didn’t happen. Waited 20 min to finally get a medium… I almost lost my s#*t!
I said I need to talk to a manager… that didn’t happen either. So, left with my medium iced coffee and drove to the Pocket Starbucks, where I explained my story… and guess what. Made my drink right & then gave it to me for free!
So…I will never set foot into the Florin (Lake Crest) Starbucks again. The young man that was behind the counter, should be fired for sexual harassment of customers. And so should the managers of this store to allow all the nonsense to continue. As, well as the District Manager. WTH… bad service all the way around.
This place sucks!

Have tried to use the wifi the advertise on multiple occasions from my phone, tablet, and computer. NO WIFI. Or rather, no internet connection. AT&T need to fix this. Makes studying here unpredictable of internet connectivity is important.

First of all this I normally don’t have any issues with this Starbucks. But I pre-​paid for a traveler’s box and told the barista the night before that it needed to be ready and what type of coffee I wanted. I came in the next morning thinking it would be ready and I should be able to grab it and head off to work. Boy was I wrong. They didn’t even start the traveler’s box at that point because it wasn’t communicated what type of coffee was selected. They were nice enough to give us a couple of breakfast sandwiches but my only issue is that when people have to head into work expecting their coffee to be ready and having to wait an extra 15 mins for them to make it really made me an unhappy customer. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location for a traveler’s box.

Everyone is so nice! Just wish there was more seating, and that the wifi is a little better. But everyone who works their is super nice and the drinks are always good!

This Starbucks is always busy. The service is pretty fast even when they’re swamped. The seating area is adequate and clean, there is outside seating as well. A great location keeps this place jump’n. Part of a popular strip mall with plenty of parking.

Even with the line out through the door, the line is always moving quickly. Efficient and friendly staff– couldn’t ask for more in the mornings :)

I’m only giving this Starbucks two stars because… There are better coffee shops. The location is great, the staff is pretty and I like the store layout. There are problems with the WiFi though. It’s extremely slow. The drinks are kinda lame too. I ordered a peppermint mocha the other day. It didn’t taste like peppermint or mocha. More like a latte… It’s sad I paid $ 4.00 for it. That’s too expensive for a mediocre drink.

My favorite Starbucks in the area. I grew up around here so this is the one I have been coming to for years. Over time of course the staff has changed and I don’t come here enough to know the people but they are always pretty nice. There is a lot of room to study. I can’t study at a Starbucks because I get distracted but If you are the type that can you will enjoy the atmosphere here.
For Starbucks Co. in general…
I don’t really like they way their coffee tastes but I am biased because I do not really like coffee all together. I think that they need more milk choices. I can’t drink regular milk and soy milk has a lot of hormones in it (don’t drink it people). I wish they had coconut milk or almond milk. I have also tried their hot chocolate. It tastes like what I imagine dirt tasting like. I am however a fan of their teas (1 venti green tea lemonade two extra pumps of classic light ice, please). Their chai tea latte is also a winner but you don’t really get a caffeine boost from it. I also love their coffee mugs and tumbler cups. I highly suggest getting a tumblr for your daily water intake. I have a trenta one I just couldn’t live with out. Wayyyyyyy better then a water bottle. Lastly, when I do get coffee I get a white chocolate mocha with two espresso shots.
I will never understand why people are so obsessed with Starbucks BUT if you are and you live in Greenhave/​Pocket you should enjoy your visit to this location.

Located in Lakecrest shopping center next door to Nugget this is a fairly large store. Not only is there ample indoor seating there are a few small patio tables as well. This is a very busy store. Every time I have been here there has been at least four people in line and sometimes over ten!
Although the store is consistently busy and the staff is not super fast or overly friendly they still put out a good cup of joe. If you don’t mind a little wait this is a solid Starbucks to visit.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. There is a ton of seating both inside and out, the baristas are always friendly.
However this is a chain, so one should assume the lines, and the amount of time it takes to get coffee.
