Probably one of my favorite Sbux around town. Small but spacious inside. Outside patio is a very nice setting. Nice to sit outdoors when it’s sunny. Recently, after 4 pm, they serve beer and wine with a food menu. Staff is friendly. A lot of tables to sit inside.
Parking sucks. It’s small and you share it with zpizza which is right next door.
Overall a dope spot to study and meet friends.

This has become one of my favorite Starbucks! They are always friendly and my drink is perfect every time! I enjoy the fact it is only right down the road! Keep up the great work guys n gals!

Really nice people who gave me a free coffee when I was unfortunately $ 1.75 short (due to a mistake with my bank). They’re also one of the rare Starbucks that actually has comfy chairs, which is sadly, a thing that is becoming more and more rare.
Plus, they gave me a free sample too.
Nice and good people. And this is coming from someone who is not a huge Starbucks fan.
But they’ve definitely won me over, and I might come back again.

Love this Starbucks. Literally just got charged for a tall because I couldn’t afford a grande. They are always happy to correct when they get the order wrong and don’t give you the side eye when you ask for refills.
Awesome bar space is perfect for doing artwork/​computer work/​whatever and makes it easy for people to chat you up without seeming awkward. There’s some couch chairs that are usually taken, regular chairs, chairs facing out the window, and of course the outdoor seating where I will be getting my vape on in a few minutes. Veddy nice.

Always a little busy but never overly busy on weekends.
Large cold brew was around $ 4.00 and it was surprisingly good! They use a nice roast which isn’t too bold or acidic.
The service was as expected — prompt while also pleasant.
Parking is a mess but the lot was designed poorly.
Overall, a nice Starbucks location. No complaints (other than the parking is trash but that’s not really SBux’ fault)!

As far as Starbucks goes, this location is just fine. The handcrafted quality of their lattes are hit and miss … Sometimes I get a high quality perfectly executed latte in a cup … Other times I feel like I’m drinking heavy water. The last two times I’ve been here my lattes have been on point. The staff is friendly and efficient. The location is one of the newer ones and so its still in great shape and they have a few comfy chair to lounge in. The parking here can get a bit tricky during peak hours. Overall I appreciate that sb is here.

LOVE THIS LOCATION! I cannot express how much I appreciate the customer service here at this Starbucks! All the employees are always so friendly, patient and kind. They always make an effort to ask how your day is going, how you are doing and/​or give you a nice compliment. Even on a busy morning/​day, the drinks are made quickly and CORRECT!
The parking can be a hassle sometimes. There is a 24hr fitness located in the same plaza, along with other semi busy businesses, but it’s worth the hassle for quick drinks and awesome customer service.

This Pocket location is the Starbucks to go to if you live in this area!
Screw the Florin location, they suck… crap service & drinks.
This Pocket location has some of the best Baristas! Always super great customer service & drinks rock!

This Starbucks is very rarely busy when ever I am there but is possibly the longest wait of all the Starbucks in the area. On numerous occasions there are multiple employees there, but it still seems to take a long time. And I am not one of those unreasonable people who order something complicated and expect it to be out in mere seconds. I worked for Starbucks, a busy store, I know how long certain orders take.

Probably one of the more consistent Starbucks I’ve been to. Very well made drinks, baristas whom are informative as they are charming. Even under the most brazen amounts of pressure they maintain composure and give each customer the service they deserve.
The drinks have been amazing, Tara is easily the best at this location; I recommend requesting her for service. I typically go for a vanilla latte or latte’s on general, on any other day I may vary either iced macchiato or more specialized drinks that I won’t get into. Drinks are very well balanced with just the right amount of steam and cream, making the drinks very tasteful to the buds. More reviews to come!

I love this location! It doesn’t get as busy as the other location off Florin Road but parking can be hard to find since there’s quite a few businesses as well as the 24 Hour Fitness. They have outdoor seating so it’s nice to be able to bring your dog there while enjoying a cup of coffee. This location has a Clover brewing system as well and the staff is really friendly. If you want a quieter experience, come to this location!

Went in today for my free birthday drink. And today they were offering a free breakfast sandwich to card holders. It was awesome.
The staff member was very friendly and he worked quickly.
The store looked really nice and since I got there early there was plenty of parking. But the lot fills up fast.
Love that they have outdoor seating.

I love this Starbucks because it’s close to my house and its a new store. Thus it is always clean and organized and it’s very spacious with nice soft seating and big roomy tables with stools. A downside however is the fact that It closed earlier than the average Starbucks. Most Starbucks are open until 10 PM or 11 PM, but this Starbucks closes at 9 pm.
Additionally, the parking at this Starbucks is a nightmare! So be ready to see some road rage in the parking lot. (I did and it was quite entertaining.)
This parking lot is easily accessible if you are headed south on Greenhaven or west on pocket Road. Otherwise you will have to drive past Starbucks and make a U-​turn at the light and come back the other direction.
Overall, I still love this Starbucks better than most. Mainly because it is not as busy as other Starbucks in the area.

Newly renovated, and very spacious! The workers are always on top of things, but the line can get pretty long, so plan accordingly. This shopping area is extremely crowded, so parking can sometimes be an issue, but this Starbucks gets it right every time for me, so I definitely have no complaints!
Everything is always nice and clean, the workers are always nice, and it seems the shelves are always fully stocked!

I am going to give this Starbucks 5 stars. Great location being at a busy intersection yet very friendly and quiet environment to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee.
I am a frequent visitor, given it’s next to my house. The workers there are extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They always care about your day and every time I talk to them I can see that they love their job… and this, to me, is very important and essential for customer service.
I highly recommend this Starbucks to everyone.
