Great pizza! I love the pepperoni with pineapple! My only complaint and reason if not giving 5 stars is slow delivery service. If you call in an order know it will be 40 – 45 minutes at least. However if you’re able/​willing to pick it up you can get it in 15.

Pizza Guys makes pretty alright pizza. Yeah that’s a good phrase for it. Pretty alright. If I had to rank chain pizza in Pocket it would go Dominos, Papa Murphys, Pizza Guys, Round Table. Not sure if Zpizza is a chain so I’ll leave it out.
Their crust is kind of basic but less cardboard like than Round Table. It’s okay, not good. The rest of the pizza is good though. It’s hard to get pizza wrong unless you literally got your ingredients from a trash can.
Prices are about average for take out pizza. You get what you pay for I guess. Not as much as Papa Murphys but whatever. It works.

I had a pizza delivered to the hotel I was staying at. I asked the delivery driver if he brought paper plates or napkins and he said «yes, but they’re down in my car so…» which let me know he didn’t want to go back down and get them. I said ok… and he responded with «would you like me to go down and get them?» And I said «yes, I would really appreciate that» and he said he would be right back. I waited 15 minutes while my food got colder and colder before I figured he had just left. I called the store and was immediately put on hold for 8 minutes. When someone finally came back on the phone, I asked to speak to a manager. The woman who answered the phone said she was the manager and I explained to her what happened. She said she was very sorry and that he was a new driver and she would definitely speak to him.
She then asked if I would like a free pizza the next time I ordered from them. I told her I wasn’t in the area enough to take her up on that, but thank you anyways. She then offered to have it on record at the store closest to my house. I told her that would be great and thanked her She took my phone number and said that she needed to look up which store that would be and she would give me a call right back. That was 2 days ago and I’ve still not heard from her, and don’t really plan to.
What I don’t get is why would you deliver to a hotel and not bring plates and napkins with you? Do people usually pack dishes when they stay at a hotel? And if the driver planned to just leave, why not say he didn’t have any and be done with it? At least then I could have eaten my pizza warm… messy, but warm. And lastly, why go out of your way to offer to send a free pizza to a place closer to my house and then never follow through on it? The driver gave bad service and when the manager had a chance to make it right, she just gave bad service as well. Thanks for making me eat cold pizza off my bare hands and then blowing me off entirely!

Right around the corner from my home, the Greenhaven Pizza Guys is allegedly the busiest Pizza Guys in the Sacramento area. It’s always bustling here, so I choose to order ahead and pick up on my way home. I believe there is also a website ordering app, but I usually just call it in.
My go to pizza is the 3 item extra large, and I usually get the classic Pepperoni, Sausage, and xtra cheese. Pizza is usually ready in about 15 min, and if you pick up you get a free soda or pint of ice cream.
This place is consistent, efficient, and has a friendly staff.

Pizza guys? More like Pizza LIES.
Twice. TWICE. we have ordered pizza to the same place. BOTH times they have «lost» or «not put in» our order. And CHARGED us. We’ve waited for HOURS for pizza and calling multiple times and they’ve not even believed us that this has happened.
DO NOT. ORDER. FROM. THIS PLACE. EVER.

I have been coming here for years and spend WAY TOO MUCH money at this place. Today after the person on the phone couldn’t take down a simple order I was hung up on. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. Pretty sure the same idiot got on the phone and pretended to be the manager. Got my order placed, was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I show up after 18 minutes, they take my money and then figure out they haven’t even started the order. The only reason I figured that out was because I saw them making it. Had they admitted the error I would have been understanding. After having to ask, they said it would be another 15 – 20 minutes until ready. At this point I was done. It took them another 10 minutes to figure out how to refund the money.
THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER THAT BUYS PIZZA FROM THEM ABOUT ONCE A WEEK!

Best pizza in the Pocket! A good value especially if customer picks up their order! We love their best deal meal which includes a 2 liter of soda and a pint of ice cream! The cheesy garlic bread is my families favorite and I like their Wings!

Decent pizza for a great price. Love the ease of ordering online and getting a free 2 liter and/​or ice cream isn’t a bad deal! Will definitely continue to order from this store!

I love this place. Whenever I go there, they know what I want and always give good customer service. I order from this place at least 3times a month. (I love pizza). And I’ve never had a bad experience. Once they messed up on my delivery. I told them they forgot a box of pizza and in less then 10min they gave me my pizza and a free box as well.

SCAM. Terrible. Paid for the pizza online. Pizza was delivered and then I get a knock on the door with the delivery guy on the phone with the manager saying my order showed not paid. I offered a new card. No good. The poor delivery guy let me use his phone to talk to the manager. I showed the delivery guy our confirmation number of payment and the manager still said it wasn’t good enough. Gave the pizza back. WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. HORRIBLE. Apparently it’s a scam. They charge your card then tell you you didn’t pay then ask for cash. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I tried Pizza Guys again and made the same order, asking for the crust to be extra crispy. While the pizza was fresh & piping hot, the toppings were flavorful & plenty, but still the crust was soggy. Maybe it’s because I have mostly veges on my pizza & they are uncooked before they go on the pizza so they release a lot of moisture, I’m not sure. Other than the pizza crust being soggy, the pizza was good.

Yet another update! Ordered pizza today and it was perfect! I had the special, extra large 3 — topping for $ 17.99. I had pepperoni, mushroom, and olive, and I requested it double cut and well done. It came perfectly as ordered!
I also ordered the boneless buffalo wings with buffalo sauce and ranch. They were pretty good, but nothing extraordinary. I like that they put the sauce on the side so they don’t get soggy, but since they put them in a plastic container, the steam takes some of the crispness away. I popped them into my toaster oven to get the crispy again.
Overall, great experience today!

Close to homr and great pizza!
Being that this place is closest to my home, I have no problem going here for years. Quality is as to be expected and I hav never been let down. Pizzas have always come out in a timely manner and the staff has always been friendly.
Don’t forget your free soda or ice cream with your order!

You pay for what you get!
Quality ingredients.
It may not taste like roundtable. but its better than all the low quality pizza places. As pizza goes for the home, this is always my first choice.

First time ordering from this location. I ordered the Tucson garlic chicken with bbq chicken salad via online for delivery. I figured it shouldn’t be too long for these guys considering they are within a mile away from me. So after 40 mins… no pizza, I called only to be told the salad was incorrect and the driver had to go back for the correct (non bacon) bbq chicken salad. I said no worries. Sadly to say, my pizza arrived was less than edible. It was cold, soggy, and tasteless as if it was sitting there in the cold for a while. Huge disappointment!

Decent pizza with an online delivery service. They figured out what the hungry secret internet fatties (me) want and ran with it.
Food: Ok, the pizza isn’t going to win any awards, but it’s big and ordering it requires no movement whatsoever. Pizza Guys lets you customize everything in the pizza from the crust, to the sauce, to the toppings (I guess that’s all a pizza is…). Unfortunately, if you deviate from the basic packages on the website, the price starts to go up accordingly. This isn’t Burger King people. I got the specialty medium with regular crust (
). The specialty comes with all the lovely toppings that people like to pick off, but I enjoy heartily: onions, olives, bell peppers, mushroom, pepperoni, and sausage. The standard crust comes out really puffy and a bit gooey, but I appreciate that it’s not drowning in grease. It also heats up really nice in a toaster oven the next day.
Atmosphere: I ordered online in my pjs, so I can’t accurately say.
Service: The website always has some sort of discount. You basically need to use one of the coupon codes to make this worth the purchase. Everything is taken care of online and the only human interaction occurs when the pizza arrives. I guess if you want to be really creepy and reclusive you could just put a post-​it on the door saying to leave the pizza outside.
Synopsis: It’s not my favorite pizza by far, but the online service wins me over.

Decided to go here because I wanted a cheap pizza and my sister told me about a coupon code. I decided to order online and it was super easy, create an account, pick out my toppings and select the time for pick up. When I arrived my pizza was hot and fresh out of the oven and I took it home. I ordered a medium pizza with garlic white sauce with sausage and bacon and it was delicious. I guess over the years pizza guys definitely improved their pizza because I remember their crust used to take like cardboard, glad it has gotten better.

Can’t hate on this place. Good pizza for the price and free pizza and ice cream with pretty much every order, unless you have a really small order.
Bottom line: good cheap pizza that is consistent and convenient.
The biggest tip I can offer is to use the online ordering system. You will think of ways to customize your pizza that you would have not ordinarily thought of, especially since they have so many sauce combos now. Always use a coupon code, which are conveniently listed all over the site.
Next biggest tip is to not sleep on the pesto sauce. Its good.
Finally, make sure you order when they are offering the free Pizza Guys t-​shirt. It looks great and I like wearing it into other pizza places.

I am really not a fast food person, but will totally make an exception for pizza and Chipotle. My boyfriend and I have ordered from here several times, usually on days where I get off from work and have a ton of homework to do right when I get home, and don’t have time to cook (the boyfriend cooks awesome food, he just doesn’t like being in the kitchen as much as I!). They usually have great coupons, one offered a large pizza for 8.99, which is enough for a dinner and lunch for us.
Pizza is decent. Not exactly gourmet, but good. We usually do half cheese for him, half toppings for me. I love the garlic sauce that you can get as a side, and if you order I think over $ 15 and pick it up they give you a free large soda or a free ice cream, nice! We usually just pick ours up, the parking lot is pretty bad though.

I dunno… the crust tastes kinda like cardboard. The toppings are somewhat bland. The parking lot is horrific. I drove around for 10 minutes looking for a space. They told me my pizzas would be ready in 5 min when I showed up. 15 min later they ask me my name, and it turns out the gal put them in the keep warm bag and didn’t even tell me.
These killer coupons don’t seem so great after all.
(But the free DIBS were pretty good)
