I’ve been to this funeral home several times. Most importantly the most recent time was for the funeral of my mother. It is a must to make an appointment with them ahead of time to plan and schedule the funeral.
They take you to a private room to discuss those matters privately. There is a separate room connected to that private room where you can decide on the coffin and other supplies you may need for the funeral.
This funeral establishment was very professional, very organized. They seem to be priced within reason. They provide services that you may not really think of like including a presentation of pictures of your loved one.
They were definitely detailed oriented and assisted in every way. Michael worked with my family member. I do know they didn’t have the piano that the singer needed nor do they do an obituary for
.
The day of the wake everything was set up tastefully and beautifully. Simultaneously the slide presentation was shown with the appropriate music. This funeral home can easily house over one hundred people. I thought it was beautiful during the day one can sit on the left side and look out through the windows where there is a small garden & pond with koi fish.
On the funeral day Michael with his assistant made sure the eight pallbearers carried the casket into the Hearst. Michael also came to the place of interment with us to assist with the placement of the coffin into the crypt. Many many details were taken care of behind the scenes more than I had realized.
I felt the need to write a review as I saw only one had been written but understood because this time can be very sad & difficult for those who are grieving their loss. This business definitely assists you with those funeral needs more than you know. That’s why I highly recommend them.
