so Unilocal keeps deleting my reviews which are honest but leaves all the other reviews up that talk bad about this business. so i wont talk bad about this business. let me talk about a product. so they have this mask that you put on your skin for a couple minutes. when you rub it off it turns kinda dark makes you think you’re getting a great cleaning. the live demo on me worked wonders. i was quoted about $ 120 for a bottle. when i refused the woman there said she’d lower it to around $ 50. i was a sucker and bought it. upon looking up the actual cost of the same stuff on another online retailer found it to be $ 10. now here comes the worst part. honestly whoever got suckered with this dead sea masque can try it. apply a small amount of this on a plastic/hard surface like a tupperware or plate. let dry for couple minutes. then rub off… hmmm does this magic dead sea thingie exfoliate and clean tupperware so well that it reveals all the hidden dirt in the micropores of the plastic? why yes it does! there you go Unilocal!a positive review on a product. update: this location has closed. now i can clear the air and tell everyone to go buy this stuff if need be on amazon. thank you very much

Heard about this store and finally got to go while on vacation since it’s not in Florida. My aunt loves the products and I’ve fallen in love with them myself– especially the body butter and soft scrub. Mild & delicious on my skin. You have to try it for yourself!

They are pushy, the refills are not free, and they’ll tell you that they have locations across the country to refill the products, which they don’t. You can buy the products on Amazon for 1⁄3 of the price. Their prices are completing made up and you’ll notice that your receipt has no individualized prices on it. Don’t get sucked in.

I hate this business and don’t understand how a business like Gratiae is around or approved to do business. Their products works but are a rip off. I bought a sea salt scrub for $ 60 and was told it came with unlimited, wait«lifetime» refills and that I just need to bring the bottle back with no receipt. Should have caught that as a sketch marketing scheme. The saleswomen even gave me a lotion for free which had a 2 year warranty, meaning I can get refills for two years. I finished both of the products wondering if it did anything to my skin, went back for a refill and was told that I was lied to. The salesperson that helped me the second time was Daniel. Apparently he owns the booth and apologized about his other employee. He then started to insult my skin saying it’s horrible and needs a lot of work and tried to sell me ANOTHER skin product. When I told him I wasn’t interested and didn’t want to spend more money on Gratiae, he scoffed and said I was making a huge and DUMB mistake. Okay, homeboy. I told him I was good and needed to go shop for clothes and he stated«why do you need clothes you already have some that you are wearing, YOUNEEDTHISSKINPRODUCT.» I then left and he grabbed my arm and said, «I will not give you the gift price and you can use your product from Canada.» Bottom line, don’t even go here. If you want a salt scrub go to your local dollar store and buy salt there. The results will be the same. Also, I am waiting for Arden/Galleria to get rid of this booth/business. They are horrible.

Don’t even think about stopping here. Speed walk past this kiosk because they are pushy as hell. I bought a sea salt and lotion both for $ 60 and was told that I could come back whenever for FREE unlimited refills. On my last trip back I was told that it would be $ 11 for a refill even though upon buying it the first time I made extra sure refills would be free. I was pretty frustrated and attempted to leave when the salesperson became very persistent and apologetic. He said he would give me a free«gift.» After trying out the sample on my skin he then tried to get me to buy it! When I told him no, he started insulting my skin saying he had a product that could fix it. At that point I had had it. I tried to leave but then he grabbed my arm and pulled me across the counter. I then threatened to get the arden security and then he gave me the refill for free –__–
