Green & Save Cleaner

This review is for dry cleaning only.
Took 3 tries to get my Pendeleton cleaned right. Make sure to check your clothes before you leave this place. I cannot speak for their laundry but I am search for a new Dry Cleaner.

I wish there was a 2.5 star available because that is what I would give. My boyfriend gets his shirts cleaned here and they come out wonderful! Best part is thy are only .99 cents a shirt. I on the other hand have not had such great luck. I took a suit to get altered and it needed some serious alteration, pants and jacket. I took it in on a Monday and needed it the following Monday. The woman working said no problem. I came back te next Monday evening and my suit was not there AND it had not been started, I literally has the biggest meeting of my career the next day. So the owner (I think) said I could go to there other shop to pick it up Tuesday morning I said no way so tey offered to have it ready by 7am Tuesday morning. I was ok with that so I go to pick it up and it didn’t fit as well as I hopes and it had chalk in the sleeves and pants plus the thread used was a light blue!!! Totally stood out! Now I might be wrong but all other alterations I’ve gotten have used the same color thread or close enough in the past. Needless to say shirts will still be cleaned here but clothes will be taken elsewhere.

Had a bad experience with this dry cleaner. Had them clean my daughter’s graduation dress. When I went to pick it up it was damaged, so I refused to take it. They said that they would send it again to be redone. I needed it in time for her graduation, they stated that it would not be. So I had to buy a new dress. They refused to reimburse me for the new dress and after redoing the damaged dress 3 times it was still not right. He refunded the cost of the cleaning but refused to pay for the damaged dress. Also this whole process took over 3 weeks because the owner was very difficult to get a hold of and bad with returning my phone calls.

This place was awesome!!! Quick and easy. The lady was soooo nice and I needed my dress dry cleaned for graduation which is Saturday. I brought it in on Tuesday, she rushed ordered it for free, gave me a discount on the cleaning and it was ready Wednesday!!! That is only ONE DAY guys!!! Usually, it takes 3!
5 stars alllll the way! I will look for things to dry clean just to give my business. It was so refreshing to be in the presence of a genuinely nice person in the world– don’t see that too often these days!!!
