Hot Dog on a Stick

Favorite mall food, Nathan corn dogs! The lemonade is refreshing after an afternoon of shopping.

I come here for the lemonade aid. I always get mines with lite ice and lime lemonade aid. It’s a little sweet and tangy which I love. Plus on Tuesdays they have Turkey Tuesday which all Turkey on the sticks are only $ 0.70! I’m not a hot dog fan, I actually like their Hot dog on a stick (corn dogs) way more than hot dogs (with the buns)! This is about the only place I’ll eat a corn dog like item.
I’m not a fan of hot dogs (with the buns) or corn dog. But if I had to pick between the two, I would pick a hot dog on a stick aka corn dog any day! I enjoy the deep fried crispy batter, if I could I would just eat the batter by itself dipped with some ketchup.
And so far I had never had any bad customer services when I ordered my food or drinks.

This was an experience that happened yesterday with a very, very joyful Anna! She helped her very efficiently while have others in line. Not only did she do that while having multiple people, but she also was making free samples giving everyone a sample. She mentioned they are trained to do that but since I been going to Hot Dog on a Stick that was the very first time I received any kind of service in that way! Thank you Anna! You are amazing.

Came on a Tuesday to take advantage of the deal they had going which was $ 0.79 corn dog. While I was there I also tried their fries, the funnel cake fries, and mozzarella sticks.
All tasted really good. Cannot go really wrong with fried food. Pretty good value too. They do not cook until you order so it was fresh. Even after 15 minutes it was still hot, so tip, wait till the food cools down a little.
The employee working there was a little unenthusiastic, but she was still professional in her work. Would not mind coming back if I was there coincidentally and if I wanted their type of food.

Meet my sister at the mall the other day for girls day plus the kids lol. After shopping for a while. The kids chose hot dog on a stick. They were busy. They were great and friendly with our kids. From what was leftover they also enjoyed their food. Thanks guys!

The lady ringing me up read back my order to me, and had it wrong, so I walked her through it twice more to make sure she had it. So I stand in line waiting for my order to be done, with my 6-​year-​old who is very hungry. They give me half of my order. I keep standing there for a few minutes, waiting for the rest. Finally the guy asks if I need something, I said «yes, my corn dog and my other order of french fries.» He looks at the tag. «It’s not on here.» I told him I explained to the woman TWICE what my order was. She came over and said to give me the other items I ordered. So he gives me the fries. And I wait. And wait. And wait. «Do you need something else?» the guy asks me. «Yes, I still need the rest of the food I ordered, there was supposed to be a corndog, too.» He wasn’t going to give it to me because apparently even after telling her three times, she never rand it up; so the girl had to come over AGAIN and tell him to give me the food I ordered. By the time we got it, everything but the corndog was cold. My hotdog was a shriveled, dry thing on a cheap, dry potato bun. The fries had no salt and were barely done, and my daughter, who loves corn dogs, didn’t want to finish hers because she didn’t like it. We won’t be eating here again.

Lord Jesus it’s a fire! Talk about awesome customer service. Kelsie and the crew made a short experience memorable with positive energetic attitudes and a true love for the brand. I live on the east coast and love to get my favorite cheese dog and turkey dog whenever I am in town. The service and fresh lemonade are the bonuses!

THIS IS FOR THE ONE DOWNSTAIRS. The ladies that work here are nice so I’m sorry I even have to write this review about 2 particular guys that work here. Horrible service. I didn’t even get service actually. There were 2 guys working when I went there yesterday. It was a busy day since it was Labor Day at the mall. Once it was my turn to order, dude at the register is super frustrated at this point and waves his arms angrily in the air and announces «WE’RE DONE. NOT TAKING ANY MORE ORDERS. Be back in 10 minutes» first of all, I don’t see why they BOTH had to go on break? And secondly, who the fuck are you to speak to a line of customers like that. And who the hell leaves a food area unattended during open hours. So I never get to put in an order and wasted my lunch break waiting in line for nothing. Unacceptable.

Horrible service, the guy Iziah working down stairs needs to get fired immediately. He is so rude. Great food though.

Haven’t eaten at a Hot Dog On A Stick in many years. Needed a place to eat a light lunch at in the mall and decided on this place. Friendly staff. Ordered a turkey dog on a stick (veggie available also), fries and a mango lemonade (limited time). I can definitely taste an added fruit flavor sweetness with the mango lemonade. It’s refreshing how lemonade should be. It might be a bit on the too sweet side. The turkey dog was good and cooked perfectly. I even saw them hand dip it after ordering. The batter is light and sweet which compliments the turkey dog. The fries were just ok. A good mix of crispy and fluffy. Too much salt though.

Total guilty pleasure. I HATE coming to Arden Fair Mall, so I always bribe myself with some kind of promise like, «okay, if you can make it in and just get your shit done without killing anyone, you can have a lemonade and a turkey dog.» I have to hand it to them, no matter how frazzled and grouchy I am, the employees are super nice, the food comes out pretty quickly, and they make everything in front of you. I love how they get the breading nice and crispy on the turkey dog, and their lemonade is awesome. I also like that there are standing height tables right in front, so I can stand there and wolf down my shame meal before escaping the mall and driving home.

The guys and gals at the Food Court location were amazing. I love getting lemonade. They are always super friendly and super fun. I wish I knew the name of the person that helped me. I will update that the next time I am there. (Probably tomorrow!)

I don’t eat hot dogs on a stick because it’s just one big salt bomb that my blood pressure does not like.
But…
I LOVE LOVE LOVE their lemonade. BIG TIME. And I’ve meant to write a review of this location for awhile. There are two locations in the Arden Fair Mall: one on the first floor entrance near Starbucks and Johnny Rockets, and the other on the second floor of the food court.
I usually get my lemon drink on as soon as I step foot inside, so I frequent the one on the first floor. Hollie tends to be the one who helps me, and this review is for her as well as her co-​workers.
How is it that you’re always in a good mood and provide EXCELLENT customer service, even though I only get a lemonade? I can only speculate that (a) they hire wisely and (2) the employees are genuinely nice.
So bravo, bravo, bravo! You guys should train the snarky Scorpio woman at Lenscrafters in superior customer service.

This is a pretty good place to eat if you are visiting the Arden mall. The service is usually fine and the food is good quality. The frozen lemonade was really good and it’s refreshing on hot summer days. Also, they seem to be cheaper than other options in the food court.

I’m not really big on hot dogs, especially being pescetarian, but options are limited when it comes to the food court at Arden Fair mall. I noticed they had a veggie dog, so I wanted to give it a try. I ordered the meal, where you receive a hot dog, french fries, and lemonade for roughly around $ 9, which I thought to be pretty pricy for something so basic. They food was decent; I would have given it ²⁄₅ stars if it wasn’t for Amanda who assisted me at the counter. She was very friendly and just provided exceptional service.

Chain restaurants are hard to review. This is just in relation to other Hot Dog on a Sticks. You already know is really expensive pieces of meat on a really big toothpick.
Service is okay, nothing special. No free refills, although I think that might just be company policy.
Really good food and lemonade (never knew limeade was a thing/​delicious). But the prices are steep and you can find better food at this food court. Keep walkin’, chief.

Haven’t had their stuff in so long.
Cashier was nice friendly and took orders in a timely manner, even when she had to churn the lemonade and take orders.
I forgot how delicious cornmeal fried with cheese inside tasted like. American cheese beats pepper jack each time! :) Crunchy cornmeal fried on the outside, soft bread before gooey cheese on a stick. Warning: it is hot so let it sit a bit before feasting :) Cherry lemonade, also is a must drink here.
2 cheese on a stick and a medium drink costs just under $ 10.

Love the the cheese on a stick is great! And I enjoy the cherry lemonade.
