Wienerschnitzel

Good is good but just needs to be cleaned up like bathrooms and outside area. There’s a white/​Mexican lady with a top lip piercing, her attitude stinks ! Just makes me not want to come here other than that the rest of the staff are nice and good with customer service

I go into this location in the evenings and the staff has not been trained in how to use the reward points so I can never use them. I have asked them several times to get trained and even asked for the number to the owner, but nothing happens. I have complained to the general website and have never heard anything. Why would they offer rewards and then not train staff in how to use them?

This was my first time at Wiernerschnitzel and it was SO gross. The fries were soggy and the bacon was burnt to the max. Luckily I had teeth because if I didn’t I would have choked on that shit and died. Not only does the business itself on the outside look like a run down crack house. It was just a bad experience in general.

Weinershnitzel in general is just awesome. This location inparticular ive been visiting since i was little. Never dissappoints ! My go-​to is 3 plain mustard dogs and a large strawberry lemonade. The chili cheese fries are really good too. They have these new bacon ranch ones too with franks red hot sauce. Amazing. I eat weinershnitzel like once a week and never ever dissappoints and is always yummy. Just had it for dinner tonight which inspired this post.

Not a bad lunch stop. I don’t think that you go to Weinershcnitzel expecting high quality food, so do not act suprised when your chili dog taste like a cheap hotdog. The main reason I visit this place is for the chili fries anyway.
I placed my order, recieved it quickly and accuratly. Decent service, but no smiles could be seen from the crew. Oh well, its work.
My chili fries were good, as usual. My chili burger was just alright. But again, I dont come here for the burgers or dogs.
My biggest complaint is with my beverage. I poured myself some iced tea (my staple beverage) and asked the lady for some sweet & low. She apologized and said that they didnt have any sweeteners at the moment. No sugar, no equal, nothing. So I dumped my tea and got some lemonade instead.
Overall, I am not sure if I will return to this location. It might do in a pinch, but other locations have served me better.

My boyfriend and I visited this location after working up an appetite from shopping at the mall. We went through drive thru, since we saw that the inside was tiny, and placed our order. Although it was a bit of a wait, since the staff made/​cooked our food after we ordered it, but it’s definitely worth it. The food satisfied our junk food craving for sure. I wouldn’t mind dining at the place again.

This used to be one of my favorite places as a child, come back for the first time in 15 years and am extremely shocked at how horrid this place is. Unfriendly dirty workers accompanied by a small, dirty place makes for an awful experience. If you hate your job you need to find a different place to work, but it’s completely unacceptable to take it out on the customers.

Normally I love this place, but the service tonight was awful. The 2 guys in the kitchen were too busy flirting with some woman in the lobby to actually take, make and serve my order properly. They said they couldn’t make substations (like the day crew does every time) and then spent the entire time while I waited in my car, talking smack about their boss. When I finally was given my order, not only was there food missing, but my whole order was incorrect. The only thing they got right were our sodas.

They always make my special orders right… there are no lingerers… its clean… and convenient location. The staff is usually really nice… I’ve never had a bad experience at this particular location

It has been a very long time since I have gone to Wienerschnitzel but despite that and the extreme menu changes that have occurred during the many years since I last visited I will base this rating on this specific location rather than how much the menu has changed, but for those of you who remember wienerschnitzel with a good variety on the menu, just expect that all you are paying for is foster farm corn dogs and hot dogs, they literally print that on the menu.
This location is small, I imagine it gets very crowded in the summer time, and waiting inside, yeah have fun with that because it only fits about 4 adults for waiting. The service… all the girls seemed chaotically busy, wearing sweatshirts and sweating badly on top of numerous health violations such as handling all food with bare hands with obvious worn away nail polish on their fingers, I imagine it is wearing away while handling the food. Then the manager who only helped the next customer after filling the order of the person beforehand was actually wiping her sweat on her arm while still putting food in the bag and handling money etc. They seemed to be in such a hurry that customer service was completely forgotten.
I personally will not return to another wienerschnitzel in my life simply because the menu is very limited and the food is plain and pre frozen foster farm corn dogs and saltless fries. If you however don’t mind the food, I recommend going to another location because if there were this many obvious health code violations to the average customer, who knows what is going on behind what we can see.

This place is adorable! Truly something out of a vintage postcard. But be warned driving through the drive through here in a big truck is not an easy task!
The food is really just okay, but in my book you can never go wrong with a chili cheese dog at almost eleven at night. Even though I ended up dumping half the chili on my sweater, I still managed to get a good taste. Yum! It’s just like good junk food should taste.
Do yourself a favor and stop here before going to Leatherby’s for a double scoop and treat yo’ self to a naughty meal.

good for midnight cravings

Personally, I don’t really like this place, but putting that aside it’s okay.
The chili kind of tastes weird. The burgers are gnarly.
But, hey, it’s a great midnight snack (for some people)!

I love this s— the chilicheese dog’s, hamburgers or fries are great! I’ve tried to match the taste at home but failed. I like to sometimes get the Polish Sausage Sandwich w/​sauerkraut for a change. This fast-​food is expensive for what you get. I will only shop here if I have my coupons. They have soft serve ice cream but never tried it. The nice thing about here is you can use multiple coupons on your order.

I get tons of coupons for this place so I come here whenever I just have one of those «salty» craving days. I can pass on their tiny steamed shriveled hot dogs, BUT their chili cheese fries were tasty. Crispy hot fries with hot sloppy greasy chili and plasticy nacho cheese. It hit the spot. and with the coupon, what a steal!
I wanna come back and try their corn dogs.
The place is kind of in an odd location also, in between a car shop and a post office. Its kind of convenient when I come get stamps though. Theres only a few seating area too.

When you eat at a place like Wienerschnitzel you are not looking for a gourmet diner so why are people rating this like they are expecting to be served like a Vegas casino. In other words rate it as what it is supposed to be. The food is fun for a Hot Dog served in a shack. The employees are friendly the food tastes like what it is and the surroundings are like the past and that is what you came in for. Give the kids a break. I have eaten in most states in the nation and I will give them a four for their category.
